Very Useful & Informative
What do you like best about the product?
The UI platform is great & easy to use. I love to utilize their AI agent (ZOE) which really helps answer any questions I have that I am struggling with. Overall highly recommend this ESP. Our dedicated support team through Zeta really knows what they are doing. They are fast to help implement any solutions that we are leveraging with business needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not applicable, sometimes we do face issues whenever they are updates made to the platform but once we address the issues with our support team we see timely solutions to the problems happening.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Whenever we see business being soft the Zeta strategy team helps implement new ideas in which we never thought of based on competitor or similar businesses within Zeta.

For beginners it's a bit tricky to understand.

Our account management team and campaign ops team always work to ensure we have a solution that fits our exact need.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the reporting capabilities aren't very easy to set up, sometimes have to rely on the Zeta team to pull certain information.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
ZMP gives us the ability to personalize our emails at scale, which is crucial when sending emails to almost 3M customers.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the UI, its easy to find things and when I don't know where something might be it rather obvious where it might be located. Prime Time sends is another feature that has been great, its improved our performance of emails. I also like the frequent updates that zeta has been doing.
What do you dislike about the product?
The website itself is rather slow, and it is confusing if that is a platform issue or a computer issue. The search functionality for campaigns when making segments also hardly works as intended and is very slow.

Our ability to automate campaigns as aswell as send better emails to a more engaged audience with prime-time send.

sometime the events search is little hard. I had to give the full user id to search the profiles and events.

The Zeta Marketing Platform is very communicative with our team. I like being able to connect with them at a moment's notice to address issues or collaborate. Implementing new ideas is simple.

There is a bit of a learning curve with all of the systems used for the data.

Zeta is helping us with speed to lead for our leads and is allowing us to reach our interested prospects at a faster and more effective rate.
