What do you like best about the product?
You can use AI and ML to make decisions in the UI

It is rolling out things to compete with Tradedesk but not as in depth with options

It is very efficient at pricing things

What do you like best about the product?
The great thing about Zeta Marketing Platform is the Email Marketing management and control. It offers the ability to build marketing campaigns, set the target audience and scheduling all from a single window. The visual campaign builder is a great feature that is easy to use and make the work highly easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
It lacks fluidity and smoothness because of the bugs present. Although they are minor and only come at certain times. It has to up it user experience to take on the bigger player in the market.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I used it for our customer email marketing management and to send newsletters to people. This enable campaign monitoring and user interaction etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The platform provide good opportunity to make use of customer data. It help in making marketing campaigns and email marketing using the data collected. The AI insight isn't that great because of the slightly buggy interface but the campaign creation for email marketing is very good.
The reporting of the active campaigns can be control from the console which is not the best but gets the job done. All in all the platform does what it advertises and that should be the bottom line to justify the usage.

A good platform for email marketing, pioneers in the field, and with a few big brands in their portfolio.

What do you like best about the product?
That I can compose an advancement, construct the group of onlookers, send the advancement, fare and all the more across the board

Zeta can be moderate when stacking a variety of gatherings of people. For making content articles its difficult to tell precisely how the email will be shown in an email stage.

I love the features and how easy they are to use and get youe way around and the ease of customer service and visually pleasing emails

Nothing i can think off all around postive experiance working with Zeta.

What do you like best about the product?
Zeta allows us to store everything we need in one place for all our email marketing needs. From content creation, to list execution.
What do you dislike about the product?
Zeta can be very slow when loading a lot of different audiences. For creating content objects its hard to tell exactly how the email will be displayed in an email platform.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Zeta for automated email marketing.
Can do a lot, but has a lot of technical issues/quirks

That i can write a promotion, build the audience, send the promotion, export and more all in one place

Outdated design that can have issues, email designs sometimes get formatted differently than the preview

Sending to our large audience and being able to fatigue one promotion against another. There are a lot of hidden features included in Zeta that allow you to do your promotion all in one place

Create thorough training guides

I like how the application integrates many streams of customer interaction into one software and presents it in a logical way where the analytics can be interpreted for future planning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Don't like how complicated some of the features can be and the lack of a tutorial/ lack of support from the team. Extremely hard to work with sometimes. Additionally, some of the information requested from our campaigns were missing.

It helps identify the customer and provides data on certain aspects of your service/ product offered.

Use it if you need the services which they specialize in (mobile/video advertising is their specialty I think)
