What do you like best about the product?
Fireblocks technical support has never disappointed in terms of turn around time in making sure problems are resolved. This is a huge upside for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think I will have to say NONE for now.

What do you like best about the product?
1. You do not have to move all funds through fireblocks wallet (vault) and send directly from partner exchanges to the hot wallets maintained by any exchange. Wallet solutions are scalable, outsourced, and upgraded by Fireblocks.
2. A layered security that requires signatures from multiple parties by setting rules through APIs if required.
3. Decent support that fixes issues if there is any problem.
4. Feels complete control over the funds.
