Great for building basic sites
What do you like best about the product?
Flexible templates, pretty easy to use and easy to customkze

Can be very blocky with some of the layouts.

Building web pages without the need for assistance from IT or web development teams

What do you like best about the product?
I don't have to mess with coding. I've been a blogger for the past 4 years and on the blogger platform. After switching to WIX I was relieved I could just do my graphics and there was no need for messing with code.
What do you dislike about the product?
It isn't nearly as compatible with influencer marketing agencies that I work with. There have been some who have turned me down because there is no easy way to install a tracking code.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I occasionally design websites for clients and I love how no matter the type of business my client is in, there is a specific template available to me on WIX
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's a very simple, easy to use program regardless of design skill level.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix have a good drag and drop real-time editor that gives you the ability to compose web-page in a short time with no technical skills.
What do you dislike about the product?
The most difficult part is SEO, since Wix composes pages with a java framework the codes written its weird, full of useless tags and this means a poor rating by google.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's good for pilot projects and when you need to test visitors behaviours and preferences.
If you want a professional, easy and fast webpage made by your own, Wix is your option.

It is really easy to use and when you finish, webpage looks very professional.
You can also add apps, like shopify, if you need an online store.
If you have no idea how to start, the templates help a lot: you can either use or get inspiration from them.
We have our domain in GoDaddy and it was easy to connect it.
It is cheap if you pay anually and the offers are really good. You can also get Gmail accounts for the company.

What do you dislike about the product?
It basically depends on the internet connection but it is really slow sometimes.
For some countries, the payment options for online stores are limited.
I have had urgent changes to make and the only thing I carry is my iPhone or my iPad and I cannot modify my webpage through them.. it will be really nice being able to do it.
Changing from desktop to mobile (while editigin website) is frustrating because all items move.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We previously had our webpage with an agency but every change we wanted to make, even if it was a tiny one, we had to call them and pay about 80USD just for the change.
We decided to make the webpage because we used Wix for creating a webpage for a symposium and we saw how easy and fast it was to create it.
Now, we can modify our webpage anytime and it is cheaper.

It is easy to use, it looks professional.. the plans they offer are very complete but also the free edition is really good but it does not look that professional because of the URL.

Really User-Friendly
What do you like best about the product?
For those of use who do not know how to code, it's a life saver. I'm able to make money as a web designer/social media guru without any actual training, experience or coding ability!
Their templates and app market and drag-and-drop simplicity is great. I like the vast availability of media and photos free to use, as well as the ease in which I can upload my own photos and media. The availability of different fonts, graphics, layouts, etc are all wonderful. It's nice to be able to share immediately on facebook and other platforms, too. Also numerous employees can log in and edit without messing anything up.

What do you dislike about the product?
The customer service is not good; it's almost impossible to get anyone on the phone and also the online forums are often outdated or not detailed enough. Also, before they updated I liked the old editing version way better; it was easier to understand and there were less errors. It is also way slower to edit that it was even last year. There are still glitches to be worked out in my opinion (as someone who has several websites through Wix and updates daily).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Getting more visibility and growing an audience and growing my email list with a opt in email collection has been a big benefit.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Consider other platforms in terms of customer service; I'm not sure what the competitor's customer service is/how it compares.

The templates are beautiful, the customizations are easy. The content management is simple. It's truly mobile responsive.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the blog felt a little more integrated.
Some clunky UX in the admin view. But other than that, building and editing copy is fine.

I used it for 2 websites for friends. Easy to put together and it's a superior program to it's competitors.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the availability of templates and the different styles they have to start out with it. Wix makes it very easy to create a beautiful website without having to know how to code. The drag and drop is the best part, and makes it extremely easy for any user to adjust the site the way they want to.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike other than the fact you have to pay for a domain name, but that's a given. Everything on the site is great.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix gives me the opportunity to present my portfolio for future employers to review. This site has made it very easy to create a customized site that really represents me and my work.

Easy to use and beautiful templates that are easy to customize. You can use this site for your personal site or for a professional business.

If you stray away from a template option, getting stuff to look the way you want it to can be tricky.

Easy to use website creation that is a lot less costly than hiring a web designer.

There's not much I dislike, I do wish 123 forms let me try the upload portion without premium membership.

What do you like best about the product?
Wix is so easy to use! You don't have to know a thing about web design to be able to create a beautiful, interactive website that can attract customers, capture their info and appeal to your audience.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found a function that I don't like, and I haven't felt limited in anything yet, either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use wix to promote my business. I'm able to share galleries of my products, share my calendar to make appointments easier to manage and take orders online.

Don't spend any more time looking... wix is the easiest and most efficient site for a website.
