An intuitive, versatile platform we trust for our own and our clients’ websites
What do you like best about the product?
What we appreciate most is the ease of use and ease of implementation. Wix Studio makes it simple for us to design and manage our own website, but it’s also powerful and flexible enough for client projects. The learning curve is minimal, which means we can get sites up and running quickly without sacrificing design quality. We use the platform frequently for updates and it always feels efficient and intuitive. The number of features available allows us to create websites that are both visually striking and functional. Customer support has been reliable whenever we’ve had questions and integrations with other tools are smooth, which saves us time when managing multiple websites.
What do you dislike about the product?
The main challenges come up when working on more complex projects for clients. Some integrations are limited compared to open-source alternatives, so in certain cases we’ve had to create workarounds to achieve the functionality a client wants. While the built-in features are strong, we’d love to see even more flexibility in SEO tools, advanced analytics and third-party plugins. Highly customised design elements can sometimes require compromises or additional effort, which isn’t always ideal when tailoring sites for diverse clients. We have also found that there is a gap in the Wix Studio templates for elegant, refined photographer showcase websites, which would be a valuable addition for creative professionals like us. That said, Wix Studio continues to roll out improvements at a steady pace and we’ve already seen the platform grow in ways that address these gaps. For us, the balance of ease of use, features and customer support still makes it one of the best platforms for both our own brand and the businesses we serve.

Reusable Assets & Sections: The ability to create and save custom-designed sections and assets as 'reusable' is a massive time-saver across multiple client projects. It ensures brand consistency and speeds up our workflow immensely.
Client Collaboration & Handover: The new client dashboard is fantastic. I can easily manage roles, leave comments directly on the canvas for feedback, and hand over a site with a simplified CMS that clients find intuitive and easy to manage on their own. This makes the final stage of a project smooth and professional.
Scalability: From e-commerce to advanced booking systems and custom code integrations, the platform is robust enough to handle the complex needs of growing businesses.

While the platform is incredibly powerful, there is a steeper learning curve compared to the classic Wix Editor, which is to be expected for a professional tool. New designers on my team need some dedicated time to get fully comfortable with all the advanced features.
Additionally, while the built-in integrations are excellent, I would love to see an even broader library of native third-party app integrations in the future to further minimize the need for custom coding on niche projects.

It is a tool that evolved to be the best SAAS service to easily create and manage not just a website, but an entire CRM system and e-Commerce tools in one place. Its implementation is done naturally and the customer support is simply spectacular. It is a tool we can rely on 24/7 (hence its frequency of use) and it integrates with all our tools.

I don't see any disadvantages. I think it fulfills its purposes very well.

Like any new platform, there’s definitely a learning curve, but if you’re committed, the payoff is absolutely worth it. Some features still need polish (for example, global text sizing), but the Wix team is consistently improving and truly listening to feedback from the community. You can see the platform evolving in real time, which is exciting as both a designer and a business owner.
What makes the experience even better is the support. My Wix Partner Success Manager, Greyson, has been amazing! He is responsive, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in helping me grow my business. That kind of personal connection makes a huge difference when you’re working at a high level.

As a certified Velo expert, I’ve found the Velo interface an enjoyable, beginner-friendly way to learn and use JavaScript right inside the Wix Code environment. Wix’s support team is responsive, and the platform is straightforward to master if you’re willing to explore its tools. With a robust plugin ecosystem and extensive customization, clients can update their sites themselves—no developer required.
What do you dislike about the product?
I love the speed of building, but Wix Studio can feel restrictive for advanced dev work—limited low-level code control, versioning, and some API constraints make complex integrations harder than they should be.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wix Studio solves speed-to-market and tool sprawl. With an integrated CMS, visual editor, and Velo for custom logic, I can design, connect data, and code in one place—no juggling plugins, servers, or deploy scripts. Built-ins like Members, Stores, Bookings, Automations, and triggered emails cover 80% of common needs, while Velo handles the rest. The result: quicker launches, fewer breakages, and clients who can self-edit without calling a developer.

Nothing, I love everything! It is the most user-friendly web design tool there is.

It gives us WAY more control over our designs we make for clients. Whenever a client requests a Wix site, and in many cases where a client doesn't have a preferred CMS, Wix Studio is the default recommendation.
Our reason is twofold:
1) Wix gives our technical team members (designers and developers) full control over the look & feel + lets us build very complex, custom-coded projects;
2) All while making ongoing management of the site on the admin side incredibly easy--even for the most non-technical clients. Content mode in particular is makes updating the site simple and prevents them from breaking the designs/responsiveness we create.
Our reason is twofold:
1) Wix gives our technical team members (designers and developers) full control over the look & feel + lets us build very complex, custom-coded projects;

It's a relatively new offering, and is not without its bugs. We'll see odd cases where we encounter a bug here and there with design or when working with Wix's APIs, but the counterpoint to this is that we're often able to get a hold of support right away who has been quick to implement fixes--sometimes at the product-wide level.

We build client website projects, ranging from simpler display sites to more complex technical solutions.
The best place for design innovating web sites
What do you like best about the product?
The drop and drag system is a excellent tool for the designers that don't have a lot of experience in dev language but also have a special tools for the experts in development web apps and ui/Ux web design.
What do you dislike about the product?
i don't have bad comments about the Wix Studio but I can give a recommendation about its apps, maybe they can be more open to work with other integrations.

What I like most about Wix Studio is its ease of use combined with the cutting-edge technology it offers. Additionally, its constant evolution and technological innovation allow us to deliver increasingly comprehensive and effective solutions to our clients. It has a complete ecosystem; more than just a website, it is a whole digital ecosystem that helps websites grow and easily integrates with Google's SEO.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I don't find any disadvantages; however, like any technological platform, it must stay at the forefront to continue growing and keeping up with current technologies. Something that should be strengthened is the integrations with other platforms.

For many companies and entrepreneurs, it is the platform that allows the user to do it themselves and enables autonomy. The other thing is that it is an easy-to-use technology, which helps to grow very quickly and approach cutting-edge technology in a friendly and easy way.
