Drata is Great with Fantastic Support!

What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to Drata there are two things that have left a lasting impression: continual product improvement and a remarkable level of support.

I've seen Drata push out new features and improvements quarter after quarter, and I am blown away by their growth even after only a year of use. Their "Trust Center" as a resource as well as Docusign and Salesforce integrations help automate and streamline our internal processes.

Above that our CSM, Benjamin Chau, is phenominal. His professionlism, his can-do attitude, and availability makes him stand out against other CS personnel I've worked with in the past. There was more than one occasion Benjamin dropped what he was doing and joined one of our calls without hesitation to ensure our success, making us feel truly valued both as a customer and a partner.
What do you dislike about the product?
A small gripe I have is there were some technical nuances that were not clearly mentioned within the help articles when attempting to self-service the SFDC and Docusign connection. This created small hiccups in the integration process, but Benjamin was a strategic partner helping iron our the nuances.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Speeding up prospective sales cycle by bypassing NDA requirements

Hard Process made easy

What do you like best about the product?
For most companies compliance is a checkbox they need to get done for legal reasons or to enhance their standing in the market to be SOC2 certified. Without Drata to guide me thru the processs, I would just say our company is "not SOC2, sorry".
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind thus far. I think they have done a great job in making the UX and process easy.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Allowing us to get thru the process of being certified without having any knowledge of how to do it.

Support is great and always responsive. The AI responses are good I can contact a person quickly if needed.
What do you dislike about the product?
Navigation and control approval is sometimes confusing.

Ongoing ISMS managment and multiple frameworks alignment.

Ease of use and time saving efficiencies to meet our compliance objectives. Has changed how audits are conducted considerably so

Hopefully they'll support automated onboarding of devices through integrations like MDM soon.

Managing audits, ensuring device compliance, asset tracking, and access reviews.

What do you like best about the product?
Ongoing support is great. Mike Mechling has been particularly helpful, tracking our progress and offering support and suggestions for the effective use of Drata.
What do you dislike about the product?
Risk assessment is cumbersome if not using their add-on module (additional cost).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Overall, it's like having a consulting team to work on compliance. Drata's connections to AWS and other services relieve the burden of manually mapping controls to requirements.

What do you like best about the product?
It pools all the users from cloud, pools evidences from all events, gives rating, and easily integrates everything, makes the life comfortable every step of the way. Its easy to implement any compliance if we have this tool.

Have been using for 2 days, its very intutive and easy to work with. gives all the required documents and criterias needed in less than a min. Gives lot of automtion and customisation with complete ease. Well developed tool to handle GRC, i would recomend everyone to use this and make your process faster and easier.

They have 24/5 customer support, who works like you buddies at work. supporting all the way in your accomplishments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing much yet, in less than 2 days am able to handle everything very esily, its a great tool. will comeback and write if there is anything that i feel needs to be updated.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
getting complaint and an easy approch for the same.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata makes it easy to manage all of our policies and security tasks. The team at drata is also incredible helpful and responsive. They're well informed and whenever they don't have an immediate answer to a question, they always follow-up.
What do you dislike about the product?
The Drata platform is constantly improving and sometimes it's hard to keep up with everything the platform has to offer. The support team does a good job ofkeeping us informed but there's always additional things to learn

Drata helps us complete all security and cloud compliance tasks. This helps to improve efficiency across the team and ensure we're always compliant.

Their support team - in particular Terrious. He really went the extra mile in provider support for a request which wasn't the most straightforward.

Can be complex to work with till one figures out how to use it.
