Great support
What do you like best about the product?
Great customer support, very responsive and honest response, constent improvements on the platform.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform is fairly young so there's a few features to iron out (policy editing notably).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Removed a lot of the headaches of knowing what to do, where to look for information and how to understand certain piece of regulation.

What do you like best about the product?
I have been using Drata for 3 years now and it has been amazing. I really like the automation and integration that it offers. On top, their support is amazing. I love that I can get answers instantly via chat
What do you dislike about the product?
There are not much thing that I don't like but only thing is at time UI gets confusing to find the monitoring control from controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It saves lot of time especially if you are a startup where there are lots of thing and usually we don't get time to manage SOC2

What do you like best about the product?
Drata has become a valuable tool for us as we strive to achieve SOC2 compliance. Achieving compliance has been challenging in the past, but the templates they provide for policies have proven to be incredibly useful!
What do you dislike about the product?
The struggles I have had using Drata have mainly arisen because it's the first time we are attempting to achieve this type of certification, making it difficult to understand what needs to be done. However, the Drata support team has been incredibly helpful and supportive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
They are helping our company achieve SOC2 compliance, bringing us one step closer to obtaining the necessary certification. They have even assisted us in creating tangible processes to align with the policies

Drata has completely automated our SOC 2 reporting process - and has turned a terribly complex process into one that is smooth, simple, and streamlined.
It's also plugs into so many different systems to track the status of our controls, which is a huge time save.

Drata is still a growing company and there are sometimes bugs (that are caught quickly and communicated that they are fixed). Drata's team is building fast and continues to make things more and more intuitive.

SOC 2 Audit Prep
What do you like best about the product?
All-in-one tool that assists companies in preparation for various certifications and audits. Without Drata it would have been impossible to be adequately prepared for an audit firm to certify SOC 2 compliance. Our Customer Success Manager Victoria C. really went above and beyond when it came to answering all of our questions in a timely manner and explaining the "How-To's" in getting everything prepped for our Type 1 and Type 2 SOC 2 Audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Learning how everything inter connects can take awhile and be time consuming but once you figure it out it goes smoothly after that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
earning a Type 1 and Type 2 SOC 2 Compliant audit to work with other SOC 2 compliant companies. Establishing policies and procedures to enable ore secure operations within our company.
Amazing support and easy to use Platform
What do you like best about the product?
The customer support is amazing, I have had questions about compliance, about usage and for everything I get someone to help me in a very short amount of time, usually withing the minute.
Everyone I've interacted with is extremely polite and helpful and have been carrying me by the hand through the process.

I haven't found anything I dislike, everything works as expected.

We are pursuing SOC 2 compliance and Drata is helping us through that Journey.

Helped a novice achieve SOC2
What do you like best about the product?
The number of automated integrations, policy templates, and easily trackable progress made getting through SOC2 compliance a breeze. Service team is also incredibly helpful and answered our dumb questions in a timely manner, and fixed any issues that came up with a smile.
What do you dislike about the product?
None come to mind. Although there is a learning curve to many of the requested technical items, Drata does a great job of breaking down what's needed and how to fulfill certain requirements.
