The compliance support alone is worth the cost of admission
What do you like best about the product?
The platform is extremely solid AND the support team is amazing with both technical and compliance questions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would love to be able to upload more file types as evidence (e.g. screen recordings).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides a platform to maintain and monitor our compliance, a home for all evidence to live, and support through compliance and tech advice.

What do you like best about the product?
One of the standout features of Drata that I truly appreciate is its straightforward and user-friendly interface. To give you an idea, I don't have any background in IT nor am I a web developer (I'm a lawyer with a little background in privacy), and for me it was really straightforward to use. A significant advantage is the dedicated compliance team, which consistently provides prompt and efficient responses to my inquiries. Their quick turnaround time is impressive. I really recommend Drata and their services.
What do you dislike about the product?
For now, I don't really dislike anything about Drata.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Without Drata we wouldn't know where to start for our SOC 2 compliance.

All information is stored in one place. Easy to manage an information at one place, helpful with bigger teams in the company. No complicated setup is required.
What do you dislike about the product?
The software upload feature doesn't guide you on what sort of information to upload for each case.

Its solving security aspect of data complaince for the companies.

No 3rd party integration. Our company is using ClickUp, it would be great if the administrator can create ClickUp tasks for users via Drata platform.

What do you like best about the product?
Drata's platform stands out as a comprehensive solution for anyone aiming to achieve security certification. The pre-defined templates, ready-to-assign controls, and the ability to integrate with other platforms like Google Workspace and AWS are standout features. These integrations, especially, facilitate automatic control checks, which immensely ease the audit process. This platform has not only saved us countless hours but also reduced our operational costs.
Furthermore, the customer support is extremely helpful. Not only do they know what are they talking about but also they give you exactly what you need.

What do you dislike about the product?
While Drata excels in many areas, its navigation could use some fine-tuning. It can be confusing at times, with certain functionalities not as intuitive as one would hope. For instance, accessing specific documents can be a roundabout process, as in the case of having to use the policy center search functionality to locate approved policies that are visible in the controls.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We provide a SaaS solution to corporate entities that need assurance of our product's security and compliance with all security standards. Using Drata for SOC-2 certification achieves two objectives simultaneously: it accelerates the sales cycle and assures customers of our product's safety.

The platform automates much of the daily compliance work and gives us both the overview and details for our progress towards all frameworks on our list.
More than the platform, the Drata team supports us quickly on all manner of compliance questions, policies, advice and audit expectations. During our meetings, our CS partner kept us on track for our compliance goals and has been amazing with support preparing for the coming audit.
We already saved much on the audits cost, as the auditors will audit the automated, online and easier to use platform during the audit.
We highly recommend Drata's platform and team as compliance partners.

What do you dislike about the product?
Setting up the system including the integrations of a platform to our systems and cloud environments took a couple of days. Some Drata employees are available only during US hours (we are EU based).

Online monitoring of our compliance through integration and agent on computers. Policies compliant with several framworks. Consulting us on our Security and privacy issues. Prepring for several audits and assessments, some external. Etc.

What do you like best about the product?
The DRATA application is very easy to use and provides adequate help to ensure that all compliance requirements are covered while preparing for a compliance audit.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing in particular although at times even when the evidences are uploaded, the control does not show up as green. I think this has been fixed through the Evidence Library which surely makes things easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is helping us prepare for the SOC 2 and HIPAA compliance audit. The tool and the team at DRATA have been awesome and supported us throughout our compliance journey,
Well-designed platform with outstanding customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The customer service answers quickly and you can ask detailed questions about the so-called controls. This way you can quickly make sure that the evidence you provide is sufficient. In addition, you will often find additional information about the controls in the help centre. The policies are also provided by drata, which is probably the biggest time saver.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is no way to manually set controls to "ready", which means that some controls are already on readys even though no one has dealt with them yet. this makes it difficult to have a good overview of the current degree of fulfilment.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We want to become SOC2 certified as soon as possible. Drata allows us to do this without a huge resource commitment.
Drata brought us great support and a very functional platform
What do you like best about the product?
The support team behind the Live chat is very responsive and knowledgeable. The success manager was excellent, very professional and always very helpful. The platform is functionally well-thought and easy to use.There is a lot of supporting documentation, too.
What do you dislike about the product?
The platform still needs minor features to facilitate some tasks. However, there is an easy way to request adjustments to the team, which was very well managed from Drata's side.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Drata helped us to create, amend and organise all the documentation. It will be the organisation's place to go for Information Security documentation. The dashboard is a straightforward way to see the actual situation of the organisation regarding the I.S compliance.
