Automation has improved invoice processing accuracy and has streamlined health and finance workflows

  • May 11, 2026
  • Review from a verified AWS customer

What is our primary use case?

My use case is primarily for invoice and document processing in the HealthTech and FinTech industries, and apart from that, I use it for data entry, report automation, and IT support.

I am primarily a customer, but I also sometimes help other teams to configure and integrate as well.

I do use Automation Co-pilot.

What is most valuable?

The best features I appreciate most about Automation Anywhere include bot development, which is quite useful, specifically the IQ Bot that Automation Anywhere offers, along with automation analytics. It is well-suited for strong enterprise application integration, with most of our clients preferring to go with the ERP system.

The way Automation Anywhere helps increase productivity depends on different systems and platforms. For startups or small firms, productivity can increase by around twenty to twenty-five percent, but for the enterprise market, it is more complex, and I have observed an increase of about ten to twelve percent.

My experience with Automation Anywhere over three years has shown tremendous growth in operational efficiency and business processes, as it helps to automate repetitive and rule-based tasks such as report generation and data entry quite faster and efficiently, reducing errors by about thirty to forty percent from what I observed a few years back and improving SLA-related compliance.

What needs improvement?

For someone who does not have technical skills, using Automation Anywhere is quite challenging because it is primarily meant for the technical aspect, though it can help with basic data entry tasks, such as invoice processing and other repetitive back office operations. Overall, it is highly beneficial for someone with technical expertise.

Areas where Automation Anywhere has room for improvement include situations with insufficient data, which may hinder effectiveness, as it works best for enterprise-related tasks. Productivity is high when sufficient data is available, and there is room for enhancement in bot performance and visibility.

Aside from bot performance, I think the centralized control room could be improved, and integrating manual implementations could benefit greatly from full automation, especially as I see about thirty percent of cases related to legacy system integration that could be improved.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been using this solution for more than three years.

What do I think about the stability of the solution?

I rate Automation Anywhere an eight regarding stability.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

For scalability, I rate it between eight point five to nine for efficiency.

How are customer service and support?

I would rate the technical support an eight.

Which solution did I use previously and why did I switch?

In comparing Automation Anywhere with other solutions such as UiPath and Blue Prism, I have used UiPath and found it to be more user-friendly, while Automation Anywhere is cloud-first, which presents challenges with legacy systems. However, it offers cheaper pricing and simpler cloud deployment and scalability compared to UiPath.

How was the initial setup?

I spend about two to three hours maintaining bots personally, but my team's efforts vary with complexity. The initial setup requires significant time, about eight to nine hours for monitoring workflow, but this can reduce to three to four hours daily after four months.

What about the implementation team?

Training for non-technical employees takes quite a lot of time, usually around three to six months.

What other advice do I have?

My thoughts on Automation Co-pilot are that I primarily prefer to use IQ Bot for document processing. I also integrate it with Microsoft three hundred sixty-five tools, allowing me to work primarily suited for enterprise-level applications, and I generally prefer Automation Anywhere for any AI application related to invoice processing.

The challenges I have solved with Automation Anywhere include reducing manual effort and operational costs, achieving twenty-four-seven automation for critical business processes particularly in the HealthTech field, and optimizing invoice-related operations while improving accuracy and compliance.

My advice for others looking to implement Automation Anywhere is to focus on the pricing point and start with a strategic blueprint for implementation. Begin with small, stable, high-volume processes before large-scale automation, ensuring there is a clear understanding of rule-based systems and governance.

I would rate this solution an eight overall.

Smart Automation That Goes Beyond Basic Bots

  • May 06, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how it moves beyond rigid bots to AI-driven agents that can actually make decisions, not just follow scripts.
It also stands out for handling messy, real-world workflows without breaking when things change.
Overall, it feels more practical for complex work, not just repetitive tasks.
What do you dislike about the product?
What I dislike is that it can get complex and hard to manage, especially when setting up advanced workflows or integrations.
There’s also a learning curve and occasional bugs/inconsistency, which can make debugging frustrating.
And honestly, the cost and effort don’t always justify it for simpler, rule-based tasks where basic RPA works better.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It mainly solves the problem of manual, repetitive, and error-prone work, especially in complex workflows that involve multiple systems and decisions.
For me, that means less time spent on routine tasks and fewer mistakes, since the system handles them automatically.
The biggest benefit is it frees up time to focus on more important, strategic work instead of day-to-day busywork.

Automation has saved significant time in banking operations and improves daily compliance checks

  • May 05, 2026
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

Automation Anywhere is utilized in cases where business users employ the robotic process for checking systems like SAS, CRM, and scoring systems, then returning results to the business team instead of having users perform these tasks repetitively every day.

I work with customers in banks using Automation Anywhere, so systems such as those mentioned are utilized for checking if a customer is on sanction lists or watchlists. We also use i-Score, a system in Egypt for checking the credit scoring of customers. There are systems operating on legacy systems that need vision components in Automation Anywhere, such as those for national ID identification. We have systems checking for anti-money laundering and systems for ticketing or opening tickets for customers. Additionally, we have systems that extract news from websites and send the data to BI or Power BI for further data investigation and analysis. In a bank in Egypt, we also use RPA for opening quick SAS and accounts on legacy systems where integration points are absent.

What is most valuable?

The most valuable features I find in Automation Anywhere are Agents and MetaBot.

Automation Co-Pilot is a good feature, but I have not worked with it.

Automation Anywhere has helped my customers save time and costs, especially in card settlements. This task used to take about fourteen days to refund the user, and using Robotic Process Automation, it now takes the next day or at the same time.

What needs improvement?

Automation Anywhere needs to move toward the era of hyper-automation, not only using robotics but also taking the fast track in agentic AI and AI automation. They need to invest more in this field, as UiPath and IBM Cloud Pak for Business Automation and integration data and AI have more flexibility and features than Automation Anywhere.

I would like to see more hyper-automation features in Automation Anywhere, with more than just embedded components. They should enable additional components to be integrated, invest more in agentic AI and bots, enhance MetaBots with more features and capabilities, and provide Arabic support, including right-to-left reading of files, scanning, and OCR of files. As IBM offers more features, such as IBM Datacap and IBM Automation Document Processing with excellent Arabic support, Automation Anywhere needs to catch up in this regard.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been dealing with Automation Anywhere for one year or a year and a half.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Automation Anywhere is scalable.

How are customer service and support?

My manager is the one who works with the technical support for Automation Anywhere, but we receive clear support from them. Having worked on one case with their support, I can rate them a seven, maybe seven to eight.

What other advice do I have?

Using Automation Anywhere is neither easy nor hard, but against IBM Robotic Process Automation, IBM Robotic Process Automation wins. I have a working case that takes from Automation Anywhere Robotic Process Automation about ten hours, whereas we made this task in four hours with IBM Robotic Process Automation. The same steps needed four hours. IBM Robotic Process Automation has a significant difference as it allows multi-agents to run on the same machine, enabling us to run multiple browsers simultaneously. However, for Automation Anywhere, if we switch from one browser to another, the focus on an element is lost, requiring us to refocus again. This helps us minimize our task time from ten hours using Robotic Process Automation to four hours using IBM Robotic Process Automation.

Regarding the pricing of Automation Anywhere, I believe this is a significant challenge. In some sales cases, customers initially state that it is very high, but once the work is completed and the results are evident, they invest more in robotic tools. This sentiment is true for Automation Anywhere, UiPath, IBM Robotic Process Automation, or Blue Prism; customers often state at first that it is very high, but later invest more after seeing results.

I can rate Automation Anywhere an eight for robotic capabilities, but if considering overall automation and AI, I would rate it six or seven. My overall rating for this review is eight.

Automation has streamlined document, web, SAP, and Excel tasks and has boosted project delivery

  • April 30, 2026
  • Review provided by PeerSpot

What is our primary use case?

I am currently working with Automation Anywhere at a company that uses it for client projects. I am learning Automation Anywhere while working on particular projects, and I gain knowledge from their website where they provide learning material to understand new different ways to use specific actions.

Currently, I do not use Automation Anywhere Co-Pilot because I have to use SAP Recorder, SAP Action, web automation, and Excel automation.

What is most valuable?

There are many features in Automation Anywhere that meet our needs. If you want to work on documents, Document Automation is critical. If you are working on Excel, there are Excel commands that are very helpful for Excel automation. For web-based techniques, there is a recorder which is very helpful for web purposes. If you are using SAP, then there is SAP Action, which is most helpful during SAP automation.

Automation Anywhere is very easy to handle because it is a low-code platform, so anyone can learn very quickly.

What needs improvement?

Automation Anywhere should add more features for complicated use cases. I am currently trying their structure format recorder, which is basically only working on HTML pages. It could work on Node.js or many dynamic sites, which would improve the recorder purpose. They can scale up and add more features like pivot charts to Automation Anywhere.

Structure recording in Automation Anywhere works on sites with a tabular format. If you go on Amazon and search for a mobile, it will give you table one, table two, table three, and many kinds of product lists. Currently, Automation Anywhere's structure format only supports HTML pages, not others built in Node.js or any application. They can add more technology or in Excel automation they can add the pivot chart feature.

There is a feature called AI Sense Recorder in Automation Anywhere. When using the Citrix environment, the bot is not exposed, so you have to capture it through image application. However, the AI Sense Recorder is too slow, so they can enhance its features for easier user experience.

For how long have I used the solution?

I have been dealing with Automation Anywhere for five plus years.

What do I think about the scalability of the solution?

Automation Anywhere is very easy to scale.

How are customer service and support?

The technical support by Automation Anywhere is much better. I would rate it a nine.

How was the initial setup?

There are two approaches for the initial setup of Automation Anywhere. The first one is the cloud approach and the second is the enterprise one, which is basically on-premises. On-premises is very easy as we have to set up the SQL database and the application, following all the steps. For the cloud, you do not have to set anything; just the proper configuration of the system is required to use Automation Anywhere.

Which other solutions did I evaluate?

We can integrate Power BI, Salesforce, and many other applications with Automation Anywhere using the API or the recorder action.

If you have the basic knowledge of technology, you can easily integrate all automation with different kinds of applications in Automation Anywhere. It is very simple. We just have to know about the features and their technology to use any kind of application.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I really like the intelligence, flexibility, and ease of use of Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation. The biggest advantage for me as a QA analyst is that the bots handle dynamic scenarios and variations effectively, which reduces the amount of rework and constant changes needed in traditional automation. I appreciate the control room visibility because it gives me a centralized view of bots, execution logs, and performance, making it easier to track issues and debug failures. The low code approach is another aspect I like because it allows me to understand and work with bot logic without needing deep development expertise, improving collaboration between QA and development teams. I also value the platform's ability to scale and integrate with multiple systems, enabling us to automate end-to-end processes rather than just isolated tasks, which brings significant value to our business.
What do you dislike about the product?
Debugging and error visibility can be challenging because when a bot fails, it's not always very clear what exactly went wrong, needing multiple log reviews and scenario reruns. The learning curve for advanced features is steeper, requiring more technical expertise for complex workflows. There are some performance and stability issues, where bots sometimes need additional handling to avoid failures, especially with dynamic data or UI changes. The initial setup and configuration are slightly complex and time-consuming, especially in an enterprise environment. Lastly, although it executes processes faster, it doesn't automatically fix inefficient processes, so proper process design is crucial.

Revolutionizes Legal Work Efficiency, Needs More Templates

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I like how genuinely adaptable and reliable Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation is for our daily legal work. It handles small, unexpected issues like unusual contract formats and inconsistent data without freezing or needing constant fixes. It's incredibly consistent, which is critical in legal work where accuracy and compliance are non-negotiable. It runs smoothly in the background during busy periods and integrates well with our existing case management systems without a lot of hassle. Most importantly, it takes over mind-numbing, repetitive work so our team can focus on actual legal strategy and client support. It's not just fast—it's trustworthy, and that makes a huge difference for us.
What do you dislike about the product?
Even though the bots can adapt to different document formats, adjusting that adaptive behavior is still too technical. Our legal team can't easily edit it and we end up waiting for someone with automation expertise to make changes. I also wish there were more ready-made templates for legal work, like contract review, e-discovery, or data compliance workflows. Right now we have to build most processes from scratch, which takes a lot of initial time and testing. The biggest improvement would be building more legal-specific out-of-the-box workflows. Also, better no-code tools for managing exceptions would be incredibly helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation to alleviate repetitive legal tasks like contract review and GDPR requests, reducing human error and ensuring compliance. It handles tedious work, freeing our team for high-level legal strategy and client meetings, making us more efficient and less stressed.

Adaptable Yet Complex for Non-Tech Users

  • April 09, 2026
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the adaptive, agent-driven workflow intelligence of Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation, which goes beyond basic RPA and is perfectly suited for our e-learning operations. Its agentic capability lets bots dynamically adjust to unplanned scenarios without requiring constant manual reconfiguration. I find this flexibility invaluable in our field. The platform also offers easy integration with our existing e-learning platforms and admin tools, allowing end-to-end automation of various tasks. Moreover, it provides stable and reliable bot execution, even during high-traffic periods, ensuring consistent service for our users. I also like its centralized monitoring and straightforward bot management, which makes it simple to oversee workflows and scale automation without the need for heavy technical support. These features combined save us significant time, reduce errors, and allow our team to focus on creating quality e-learning content rather than repetitive administrative work.
What do you dislike about the product?
While Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation delivers strong value for our e-learning team in Berlin, there are a few areas where it falls short and could be improved to better fit mid-sized e-learning operations. One key pain point is the initial bot setup for industry-specific workflows. The platform lacks pre-built templates tailored for e-learning tasks such as learner data validation, certificate generation, or LMS content syncing. This means our team has to build most automations from scratch, which extends deployment time and requires more technical effort than expected. The agentic decision-making logic can also be overly complex to fine-tune for non-technical users. Though adaptive, adjusting how bots handle exceptions like missing learner information or inconsistent data formats often demands advanced configuration, making it difficult for our course administration and support teams to modify workflows independently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I use Automation Anywhere Agentic Process Automation to automate repetitive tasks, reduce manual errors, and synchronize data across platforms, freeing our team to focus on content and support. It handles peak periods effortlessly, ensuring fast service without extra staff.
