What do you like best about the product?
It provides best survey solution in comparison to its peers. Customer insights is need of the day and survey dynamix full fill it. Highly recommended to everyone looking for a tip notch feedback system.
What do you dislike about the product?
As we know it's cloud based system. Some discrepancy arises in feedback system. It should be taken care of.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
By using survey dynamix, we will have multiple options for get insights from our customers/users. Various methods are there like voice calls, Chats etc.

What do you like best about the product?
Survey dynamix has the capability to integrate itself to the existing contact centre solution.Survey dynamix provides deep insights into the feedback which is recieved which is very much important in resolving queries,problems ,and decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
Survey dynamix is depended on cloud,and due to that sometimes we faces lots of glitches and bugs in the feedback that are recieved.The seamless integration is highly needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are only working and focusing on the main issue of glitches and bugs that are we facing while recieving feedback.If it gets resolved every thing will become seamless and fine.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Survey dynamix is highly recomended to everyone.

What do you like best about the product?
The capability to integrate it into the existing contact center solution is the best thing in Survey Dynamix.
It provides deep insights into the feedback received, which is great for taking further decisions.
What do you dislike about the product?
The integration can be made seamless further
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
For example, in Genesys PureCloud, the survey is only available in the form of emails.
But, with the help of Survey Dynamix, we can now have the surveys for Voice Calls, Chats, and other media.
Also, we can take further decisions based on customer feedback. So, it provides deep insights, which is impressive.
