Easy way to say thank you to a team member.
What do you like best about the product?
Its easy and a great way to appreciate your co-workers. It provides a monetary benefit to your co-worker for doing a great job, making a difference for a patient or the team. It's positive reinforcement to continue to do a great job.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish we had more points to give each month. That may be set by the individual facility so may not be the result of rules with bucketlist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Employee recognition for a job well done. I'm a leader in the organization and this is a quick, easy way to recognize my employees. It positively reinforces the behaviors I appreciate in each one of them. Because they are being recognized for patient care and it positively reinforces them to continue doing a good job, it ultimately reaches the patient. When patients are treated well, survey scores go up and other patients will seek care at that hospital which will increase revenue for the facility. It's a win/win for all people.
Quick and Easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
I like the variety of rewards. There were many to choose from as well as many different price ranges to choose from with each reward. It was easy to navigate. The reward was redeemable within 10 minutes of my selecting the gift card I wanted. I actually used this as a gift to a friend by giving her the information and she was able to use it easily. I plan to use this during holidays and birthdays.
What do you dislike about the product?
Integrating the reward to my phone was not the smoothest, but only since it was coming to my work email. If there is or will be an app, I would consider using that before the web version just for accessibility purposes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use Bucketlist Rewards to encourage and motivate our team. This helps everyone feel recognized and honored for the roles that we play.

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist is very user friendly and is easy to navigate. My company uses it for our employees and customer support is very attentive. I'd recommend this software to any business that has an employee recognition program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing.ive enjoyed using this software and have no problem with any features it All reasonable offers considered.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist manages the user experience from beginning to end which takes quite a load off of the business.
Many options and great rewards!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the amount of rewards you can choose from. Many options and when i had a question, i emailed and heard back within a couple of hours. Great customer service and the website is simple to use as well!

no feedback to provide. There were no dislikes!

i won for employee recognition and it was nice to have many options to choose a reward suitable for me
I have used bucketlist now for 2 years and have been so pleased with the choices for rewards Ive had

Valuing colleagues
What do you like best about the product?
It's a nice way of appreciating colleagues.The use of gifs or images is a gadet that brings smiles to faces. I have never had to use the Customer Support.

I can't think of anything that doesn't work well or is annoying.

It's nice to be appreciated by colleagues. It motivates you to perform better at work.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it gives a visible transparent way to live out company culture. Rewards for performance are one thing but recognition for cultural activities brings things to a new level.

Notifications are stacked poorly but otherwise great.

It allows direct recognition immediately with ability to give a numerical significance.
