Bucketlist is an amazing incentive program. When I had an issue on the website the team behind the scenes was quick to resolve my issue and get back to me

I genuinely haven't come across any issues that weren't resolved quickly

It can serve as a strong motivator to complete task in a timely manner. it is user friendly interface . The app makes it easy for both the managers and employees to acknoeldge achievements.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some task may take significant time or effort to comple. The downside is that it can pressurize staff to complte task quicklyor to pursue more ambitious goals.

that you only get points work anniversary,birthdays or if someome gives you poimts . you should have other ways to earn points

Rewards for a job already being done
What do you like best about the product?
It is a great way for a collague to reach out and tell you your appreciated. After a shift ends you may notice something you want to thank them for but they have already left for the day. When you see them again, you may have forgotten about the experience.
It is a quick and convienent way to let them know they are well thought of and of great value to your day, and by extension, your work place!
There is also a great selection of place to receive gift cards from when you have earned points!

No real downsides, just wish we were alloted more points to dish out per month!

When I earn a gift card I get to thinking what I could use it for. The answer almost always comes down to...oh yeah I needed to get a gift for a birthday or holiday event. Help pad your bottom line so your budget isn't shot!
