Great selection of quality products delivered quickly
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fact that there are activities, gift cards, and branded merchandise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Haven't had anything to dislike. If I were to choose something, I would say that there could be a little more visibility on how points are equivalent to purchases.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Letting co-workers realize how much they are appreciated for their efforts.
bucketlist - A great way to make someone's day!
What do you like best about the product?
Recognizing my team members is a perfect way to show how much I appreciate them. With bucketlist, I am able to do this in just a few clicks! I enjoy highlighting how my team member lives our core values, went above and beyond in performance, or reached a milestone such as a birthday or work anniversary. The bucketlist program makes it so fun and easy to deliver timely recognition which makes it so much more meaningful. The points I give (and receive) can be used toward wonderful prizes. The menu of selections is easy to navigate and you can use your points as soon as you like or save them up for a larger prize down the road. Gift cards are my personal favorite and I just used some points for two great gift cards! I enjoy that the gift cards come in different amounts so you can redeem the points you have saved up without losing any of them. The time in which the gift cards are received is phenomenal - mine came the same day!
What do you dislike about the product?
The experience marketplace feature is very nice, but I feel that some of the locations of the events are quite far away from our location in sunny Naples. They would be great if someone had a vacation planned in the area of the excursion, but if not it could be quite expensive to make the trip. You can absolutely peruse the long list of offered excursions and filter by your zip code, but when I tried that most things were still out of state that I found.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
When I joined Physicians Regional I had a little difficulty logging in the first time. I reached out by email to bucketlist Customer Service and they had me logged in the same day! it was great!

Reward program is incredible and don't see any dislike

Peers usually hesitate to recognize, with this platform they appreciate even the tiny things as a gratitude

I was given reward points by my peers and company gave them for Birthday Anniversery
What do you like best about the product?
You get to manage up peers who help in getting the job done. Makes everybody fill better. I was able to get something I wanted with my points instead of just getting a generic gift everybody gets.

It takes awhile to points added up, but you to get them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Makes you feel good when someone reconizes you and when you reconize someone who is doing a good job for the company you work for.
Bucket list has proven to be a great tool for boosting morale.

Provides useful ideas on how to recognize team members in ways that are far reaching.

No complaints. So far when using Bucket List.

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate. Brings our teams together and have had no issues redeeming point. Highly recommend

This is a great incentive to do your best work, and to work alongside your team with positivity

I have not run into any issues with using bucketlist rewards. I do think employees don't utilize them enough sometimes

I think it improves the employee experience by giving others a chance to recognize hard work in a rewarding way

What do you like best about the product?
Getting points from coworkers that you have helped makes you feel appreciated. And its fun to look at what you can redeem. It is easy to use and I never had an issue redeeming points.
What do you dislike about the product?
The points to give to other coworkers expire at the end of each month. Sometimes I do forget to use them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel it encourages employees to appreciate coworkers that go above and beyond to help. It improves in-house customer service.
It' s a great way to reward our staff for going the extra mile.

It is so easy to use. Easy to give points and easy to redeem points

I really can't think of a downside at this time

Not sure that it solves any but it definitely lifts spirits in the office
