What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bucketlist Rewards is how it effectively combines goal-setting with motivation through a rewarding system. The platform's ability to turn personal aspirations into achievable milestones, while offering a range of rewards, creates a dynamic and engaging experience.

The opportunity to 'Love on " your peers.
What do you like best about the product?
The points system gives individuals in the organization an opportunity to recognize and transfer "Bucklist points" to peers. It is a small reward that helps to give a sense of fulfilment and accomplishment. In a large organization, it is important to recognise the individuals who have their boots on the ground.

The few places that the Bucklist Rewards can be redeemed.

bucketlist rewards solve's me wanting to work longer for company. it's nice to be recognize. it's nice to receive rewards and pick awesome gifts
Easy to Use
What do you like best about the product?
It's simple and easy to use. The redemption process and options are also great!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the text boxes were more compact. Maybe like an IM layout? Sometimes the text just seems to small for such a large space to write in.

What do you like best about the product?
Its nice to be appreciated. And be able to use your points on items/stores you use every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were more gas station options to choose from. Gas is a pricing bill. And if there were more gas station options to get a e-gift card it could help a person out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a remote worker. So its nice to send little messages to co-workers and give them points to earn towards a reward.
Recieving Positive Feedback
What do you like best about the product?
Recieving recognition and positive feedback from my orginazation team members make me fell like part of the team! I thisnk its a great way to reconginize team member for their anniversaries years employyed, their birthdays and atta boys!! Cashing in my points for gift cards or things to do is a great perk!
I also enjoy being able to reconginze my team members abd reward them points. The system is ease to use, was easy to start for our facility.

The only down fall is not having enough points to give staff members more points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to celebrate members anniversaries and birthday and give the employee the option of which gift cards they want to select.
It's a great way to acknowledge your co-workers and receive rewards for doing a great job.

The ability to give and receive points for doing a great job and being recognized for it.

It can be abused by just giving points to someone in return for points.

I wouldn't say it's solving any problems for me but, it does make you feel good to be recognized for a job well done.

It's so easy to say something positive to another employee for anything from a birthday to an incident. You can say thank you with points!

There is nothing I dislike about bucket list

Easy to thank co workers for doing their jobs and to thank them basically for anything
Great way to appreciate your work family.
What do you like best about the product?
It allows me to send a thank you or a your appreciated to my fellow coworkers for a job well done. It also brightens my day to receive notification that someone has thought about me and taken the time to send a reward.

I really have not found any downsides to this program

Opportunities to recieve bucketlist points for different reasons and opportunities to get rewards are alot! Very easy to use. Ease of implementation to not only give bucket points, or use bucketpoints.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could figure out how to make more bucketlist reward points besides just someone else nominating you, maybe can we get bucketlist points for maybe completing CEs?
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Probably a way so that the organization doesn't have to give bonuses but we can earn small bonuses from other coworkers.
