A great way for employees to be rewarded
What do you like best about the product?
There are many different awards that I like so each time I cash in there's something different for me to enjoy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing, I enjoy using this product. It's easy to use and very beneficial.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's another way to receive recognition for doing a great job at work.
Great tool to recognize employees.

Keeps the motivation going and helps to create a healthy, fun work enviroment.

Bucketlist as a Fun Incentive
What do you like best about the product?
I liked bucketlist because it gave us employees a means to give each other a pat on the back through the point system. Your co-worker helped you more than she needed to? With a simple post and a boost of points, you could express that appreciation for others to see all while those same points can go toward a reward for that coworker. The interface is simple and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
While its a great fun little extra incentive, it was not well known throughout the hosptial making it somewhat difficult to boost those who needed it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Helping with employee connection
easy to use. had a good selection of redeem options.
What do you like best about the product?
the redeem options are just varied enough to entice an employee to save earn and save buckpoints
What do you dislike about the product?
many of the gift card options are online only which is not back for some stores or site but the sites with clothing is difficult as most poeple like to try clothes on.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I dont know if there is a problem that this solves but this helps to entice employee involvement. committees, unit improment planning and safe coach program all give bucket points for engagment.

The one thing i really like is they give you many options to pick from

directions could use little inprovement not always really explain in some of the items how to redeem.

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist makes getting kudos fun! It's a great incentive as it allows you to choose the rewards that are best suited to your needs/wants. I'm always excited when I get that email saying Bucketlist points have been added to your account. That's when the fun begins! It's fast and easy to claim your reward with just a few simple steps.
What do you dislike about the product?
I honestly haven't found any downsides to Bucketlist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Always knowing how to reward your employees, so everyone is happy, is next to impossible. Bucketlist allows the employee to choose their own reward so there's no guesswork involved.
