Its always Good to have a platform where Everyone can get recognized for their Great jobs they do.
What do you like best about the product?
You can give recognition where it is needed and to the little people that make up the company that dont get recognized for anything. An help them earn points where they can be rewarded with something useful to them. Depending on what reward they select.
What do you dislike about the product?
The downside to Bucketlist not enough points. I even noticed I did not receive points for my yearly anniversary.

Excellent Way to Recognize and Reward Employees
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist has been such a great way for me as a manager to reward my team, as well as other team members. I really like how the recognitions can be privately sent (just to the individual) or publicly sent (so the entire company can see the accomplishment, good catch, compliments from clients, etc.). It is extremely user-friendly and is easily accessible to us, so that I can "give points" immediately when something deserving comes to my attention. The fact that a simultaneous email is sent to the recipient of the points once they are awarded is a bonus, especially for those who may not access Bucketlist often. Our Teams have also utilized Bucketlist for Nurses' Week, Administrative Professional Day, and Team Lunches. Redeeming points is easy, and there are so many options -- there is something for everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside, if there is a downside, is that trying to find points that may or may not have already been given to a team member (so that we don't double-up on the recognition) is not easy - I have to scroll through all of the past rewards, page by page. If it IS possible to search for a name, to view their past points & reason for the Bucketlist points, I haven't been shown how to do it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I believe that it helps morale of a team, as well as fostering relationships - it is nice to see people in one department recognize others in a different department.

at the beginning , rewards came in pretty delayed but I see it was fixed now

I like seeing the comments and like getting rewards. Redeeming the rewards was easy to see and use. Thanks so much!

Bucket List is an amazing tool for rewarding employees.
What do you like best about the product?
I really do love the fact that you can earn rewards for performance as well as rewarding other employees and co-workers for their hard work and determination. This is an amazing tool and I reccomend this to everyone company out there.The servcie is very easy to use. And a very seemless integration as well.

At first I did have some trouble when trying to apply points for other employees hard work.

Bucketlist solves the problem of waitng on rewards for performance and and dedication. As well as improvements to our sales organization.

Engaging Encouraging Interaction with Peers
What do you like best about the product?
This system let's me reach out to my peers and encourage them in a meaningful way. You can encourage others with the comments you share and put a value with points that add up in a monetary way. It's easy to sign in and the recipient is notified with ease. It can be integrated between project related and character trait recognition as often as you want to lift that individual or group up!
What do you dislike about the product?
The limited number of points we have to share with others, but I realize this is based on a budget, so really I don't have any dislike for the system.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem with work from home is that you don't have daily in-person interaction with your co-workers. Bucketlist is a way to let them know you are thinking about them and appreciate them. Sometimes work from home can be lonely but Bucketlist is a way to connet in a personal way without a scheduled meeting and can be very encouraging.
Decent rewards
What do you like best about the product?
very quick, simple to understand, and rewarding. It also is a strong merit system to entice good behavior
What do you dislike about the product?
some of the rewards are sometimes differing in value making it a bit too clear to choose certain rewards only like visa gift cards but I think this is also different on a per company basis
