Phenomenal Platform!
What do you like best about the product?
Such a wonderful tool for rewarding employees! I love the variety of things to choose from, especially the gift cards for either practical or fun use!
What do you dislike about the product?
Absolutely nothing, I think Bucketlist is perfect as is

I've had no issues with Bucketlist

What do you like best about the product?
So often, negative feedback overshadows positive feedback in our minds. Bucketlist pushes that positivity to the forefront and makes it tangible, solid. It feels good to be recognized for the work we take pride in. And getting to spend the tokens on reall stuff is so fun!!
What do you dislike about the product?
Thankfully my manager is great about recognition and rewarding tokens. I imagine that a downside would occur if it's not used by those that are in a position to do so.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I really enjoy being able to publicly recognize my coworkers.
Absolutely Love Bucketlist
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist gives a tangible way to acknowledge employees and show appreciation! Plus the rewards are easily achieved, which as an employee is nice because then you feel like the recognition is meaningful! My supervisor uses this program all the time!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be able to give other employees tokens with out having to be a supervisor. Or have to option to gift my tokens in appreciation of someone else.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist solves the problem of making remote employees feel valued in their position. It also is a way to easily show that you can see the efforts someone is making even when you are remote.

Being able to congratulate other co-workers and also wish them happy birthday!! It was very easy to use and receive my own rewards.

i disliked nothing. thought it was an easy system with lots of features.

The good feelings you create by making someone's day with a shout out for their hard work.

Sometimes gift cards don't load immediately, like for airlines.

Keeping a large company cohesive. Sometimes it feels as though you are just a small cog in the machine, but having your coworkers send you Bucketlist rewards makes it feel personal. Kindness matters!
It’s okay
What do you like best about the product?
It offers a chance for your peers to recognize the things you do that a supervisor might not necessarily see due to being off site. It's easy to use easy to redeem, and there's a lot of different options to use for your redemption.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't really found any issues with bucket list yet.

Offsite work ethic I guess.
Fast, Easy and Fun reward system
What do you like best about the product?
Buckletlist is easy to give and recieve points. Fun emojis and animations make employees feel appreciated. Rewards are easy to redeem.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have found no downside to Buckelist so far.

Employee moral is increased when employees feel recoginized for their efforts.

Who doesn't like to be appreciated? Bucket List makes this process fast, fun and efficient.
