Great Benefit
What do you like best about the product?
Being able to earn points to buy things, Easy to use

Fun and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
It's fun to have an easy way to recognize colleagues for how they impact you and others at work. It's also made it easier to get cool swag from work once you earn enough points to cash some in. And if you don't want swag, there are many vendors available to choose from to get a gift card for your favorite experiences, products, or restaurants. I was able to get a company shirt and a gift card to a favorite retailer with my points. And it's nice to know I am making an impact for others as well when I receive points.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took several days for someone to contact me about the shirt I redeemed. I also wasn't able to select a size nor color when redeeming the shirt. It would be nice if you could make that selection online to eliminate back and forth with Bucketlist representative.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's an easy way to recognize colleagues and promote our culture.

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist is an easy and fun way to reward employees any time and they are able to save up for tangible items that they choose. They can check points at any time.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only down side is keeping the leaders engaged and using the reward system.

It's an easy wya to give employees an attaboy - and everyone an see it - so it boosts morale

What do you like best about the product?
Very easy to navigate. The redemption is always processed so quickly. It says it might take a few hours, but it's always within the seconds
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't really find any cons in the system, but I wish there was more gift cards from different companies; however the selection is already good!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's amazing to recognize employees with some points they can use for gift cards or experiences. Such a simple thing, just a few clicks and the manager of the direct reports also can see the notification if their reports have been rewarded. It helped me with my annual evaluation when other teams were giving me recognition for my work.

It's a great way to recognize and reward are co workers. I was able to redeem several gift cards from amazon, so easy to do.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is that the points expire.

What do you like best about the product?
I find quite neat the fact that i can provide a 10dll giftcard to team members who do above and beyond what the minimal service is expected. I truly appreciate how quickly it is to deliver the points to the recipients. I love the fact that i can order items that are not available at this hospital, i have bought several items with these points to the service of my patients at my outpatient department. I really like to make someones day by providing a gift card, it shows i care for their work and i appreciate their work ethick and attitude towards our valuable patients.
I feel it makes others wanting to achieve the level of greatness they see in others. Customer support alwas helps me when i can remember my password in record time. I frequently use it now that i am familiar with it. I like the multiple features it has and variety of giftcards for all tastes. it is so easy to implement once you get the hang of it.

What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike the amount of points, they are not enough because it takes a long time to acquire gift cards.
I dislike the hierarchy of points (Directors and managers obtain 92 points more than regular employees, yet theres very little sharing).
Some people dont have computer access and up until November 2022 i didnt know anything about this wonderful rewards program.

people feel appreciated and encouraged to keep the good work, others feel motivated to achieve some points.
I enjoy the quick and easy way I can give my peers a compliment and make it known company wide

Receiving points of course! LOL...and of course being able to recognize colleagues who might otherise not get the proper recognition

Unfortunately if you make an error with your selection of a gift card it can't be undone.

Bucketlist is easy to use and redeeming is so fast and simple to use. Even better is that there are lots of things to redeem your buck for.

Need more way to earn bucks through our organization.

Offering employees rewards that they can use any way they want. They love the gift cards.
