Excellent Program - Easy to Use!
What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and set up in a way to send kudos to coworkers. The rewards are amazing! Such a great asset to our facility :)

Nothing. The features are easy to understand. The implementation process was quick.

This is a great program, I haven't found anything about it that I dislike.

It provide us offers for all the website around the world , this helps us to know about service of different websites.

Fun and Rewarding Way to Acknowledge Colleagues and Build a Strong Commmuntiy :)
What do you like best about the product?
I love that it allows you to compensate a colleague for their support! A thank you goes a long way, but I love that this system allows you to give them something tangible for all their hard work, and it's incredibly user friendly and interactive! And they can choose what they wish to do with their rewards :).
Sometimes reward/points based systems can seem like it takes a long time to build enough to cash out so people may become disinterested, but this doesn't cost you money to reward someone and builds up quite quickly!

I don't have any complaints really, only that I wish I could give more rewards to co workers, but actually receiving rewards quarterly to give out is really substantial! :)

I think it helps to build community and make people feel appreciated for the work they do!

What do you like best about the product?
I like that we are able to receive and share points with those we feel deserve it. The variety of gift cards and other prizes are a nice way to treat ourlselves. Its easy to redeem and receive gift cards and prizes.

The only thing is the point value for dollars. But I understand why it is that way

It helps to boost confidence when someone rewards you for a job well done! I am able to spend "point money" on my kids, to get gas, go out to eat, etc, instead of using my own funds.

Easy with lots of selection! Simple way to give thanks that is more than the words.
This makes it really easy to go beyond the words 'Thank you'. It helps foster comeraderie.

There is no option to get actual cash back - cash/credit is the most flexible and we are already taxed.

It shows real appreciate. And is the only raise I had in years.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being acknowledged for doing a good job. Being able to choose which gift card I use my Bucklist rewards for is nice.

Nothing, the process is very easy! I love this website!

Sometimes I fall short monetary wise and this gives me the opportunity to enjoy the perks of life without having to come out of pocket.
Excellent Way to Motivate Staff
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist is a wonderful way to keep your employees and staff both motivated, team-oriented and say thank you for all your heard work! This was the easiest implementation our company has tried so far, and so many of us use it every day!
What do you dislike about the product?
You can only do gift cards in multiples of $5 and up, there have been times I just needed that extra amazon dollar! Other than that, it really has no downsides at all! Never need to use customer support as our team has been fully equipped to handle questions..
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It brings together all of our departments as one large team and has made recofnition between owers, management, colleages and teammates seamless and easy. We feel like a large family with bucketlist helping to recognize one another and everyone's specific input and value to one another.
