Very easy to use and fast delivery of gift cards.
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the variety of gift cards that are offered. There's something for everyone.
What do you dislike about the product?
Honestly I've only used it a few times. So far I don't have any issues.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Before, when our company would give out gift cards, we would have to wait for at least two weeks to receive them. Now we get them the same day.

When using the vouchers some of the providers don't clearly denote where can they be used and also there should be an option for online shopping with the same
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Recognising employees in a transparent way - everyone in the organisation can see what for is someone recognised and it is a benifit not only for the person being recognized but also motivation for the others

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist has been great to send a thanks for others helping out and going above their normal job descriptions. It has also been great to cash in on gift cards to use for myself or my family.
What do you dislike about the product?
I haven't found anything I don't like about it.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use and provides incentive for productivity. It is nice to recognize peers and coworkers in the system.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not as many people as I would expect participate in the program regularly.

It is a great way to reward employees and coworkers to improve morale and show appreciation.

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can reward your coworkers for things that may not normally be seen by bosses, but need to be appreciated! It is also great to know people see and appreciated the things you do!
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any dislikes about bucketlist. A suggestion would be, make it so that people can combine rewards if it is for the same merchant (gift cards). An example would be someone qualifies for 2 five dollar gift cards; they would have to get and redeem two codes. It would be much easier to have one code, one redemption.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problems bucketlist helps resolve is employees feeling unappreciated or that the small things are not noticed. It gives a reward and a smile to see that someone is watching!

Helps motivate employees, peers, and the executive team with instant recognition. Contributes to employee morale and continued motivation to do better.
What do you dislike about the product?
Remembering your log-in information. In our organization, we are required to change our passwords quarterly and passwords can be forgotten from the initial log in time.

Immediate recognition for employees who are have done a great job and you want to recognize them for their effort. Helps motivate and increases morale beyond focusing on just pay.

I had the opportunity to award points to fellow employees as a reward for a job well done.

One must accumulate points to redeem them.

Employees are rewarded for longevity of service and for celebrating milestones in their career.
Love being able to reward those who are doing a good job.

Being able to reconize those who are doing an excellent job and allowing others to see the rewards she/he is getting for these outstanding work.

Not being able to get a direct code when cashing out ,having to go through a whole seperate website/ link to get the code for that gift card.

What do you like best about the product?
I can earn points for cool rewards. There's such a variety in the rewards we can choose from which makes it easier to motivate myself and others to earn rewards
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any dislikes if I'm being completely honest. I love the rewards and the variety of stores and other options for the rewards. I it's easy to complete and receive
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It would be great for the Amazon gift card was in smaller amounts. Such as I would have been able to get more in my rewards with another merchant and company. But still satisfied
