Great opportunity to acknowledge your collogues and get rewards!
What do you like best about the product?
You can see the good things your other cowokers are doing! It helps to build an uplifting enviornment and is a good reminder to look for the good things that are working.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dont think I have anything I dislike at the moment. It would be nice if the rewards were a one to one ratio, but other than that the proram runs smoothly and is easy to navigate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say recognition in general. With opprotunnity to reward somone when you see good or they assisted you with somthing it builds good communication and community.
Gift Card Advantage
What do you like best about the product?
Going to local restaurants has been easier with the selection of gift cards. Bucketlist points have also eased the expenses of shopping in this time of constant inflation.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to take advantage of the activities, but there are not many options for things to do in the Toronto (GTA) area. It seems we would have to travel a considerable distance to utilize most of the acivities available to us.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This initiative fosters a work atmosphere that encourages helping your fellow co-worker. It allows you to show your appreciation for those who go out of their way to help you out.

The ease of cashing in points along with the ease of recognizing peers

Being able to recognize peers in a quick fashion

There are multiple options like experiences, shopping sites, online gift cards, vouchers, etc. that can be redeemed through points.
What do you dislike about the product?
More options can be added like restaurants coupon and vouchers for dine out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gives many options to redeem our earned points and that can be used to buy online stuff, gift cards and many more.

What do you like best about the product?
It's easy to redeem the points for experiences or gift cards. Love that they have a credit card option as a gift card because it really gives you the liberty to choose.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would like if there were also some meal cards available; as in UberEats, DoorDash, Skip the Dishes, etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I wouldn't say it's solving anything, but it's a nice way of giving recognition to someone.
This is the best way to recognize employees!

I love that I can see other recoginitions.

Sometimes redeeming the points with a Visa code can be a pain. Redeeming a retailer-specific code is usually the way to go.

Employees feeling valued. I can see eveyone else's recognitions and it just puts you in a great mood to see all the gratitude.

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to recognize coworkers for their help and good work. Being able to reward and be rewarded. Like getting points on your birthday and on major anniverseries for work. Like the cool Gifs! Overall a great program and more companies should offer it Very user friendly. Very easy to join and use. Customer support is always there if needed! I log on at least once a week. Keep up the good work!

Sometimes there are no gift cards. It takes a few days to restock! But overall would recommend!

Easy and Fun Rewards
What do you like best about the product?
It is awesome to be able to recognize peers for thier great work. the platform is very easy to use and they do not go overboard with notifications. The redemption process is also very easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't think there are any downsides to Bucketlist. I do wish my company had more branded items to choose from though.
