Great Incentives
What do you like best about the product?
I like that there are options to earn rewards with multiple companies
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. I like everything. I think the company is great!

Bucketlist Review
What do you like best about the product?
I like bucketlist because it gives me an opportunity to recognize my peers, even if it's just to say a simple thank you for assisting with a task.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not know of any downside to using bucketlist because it's a tool for positive reinforcement and sometimes we don't always see this in the workplace.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think bucketlist helps the overall morale of each individual. It makes me feel great to be appreciated and at the same time rewarded.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would strongly recommend Bucketist to other companies because it is very rewarding to individual employees as well as to a company who can review what great job everyone is doing.

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PRODUCT- WE HAVE TRANSITIONED WITHOUT ANY ISSUES AT ALL- WE ALL LOVE IT!
I like the program, just not to sure how to navigate or use it, yet.
What do you like best about the product?
The gifts are encouraging and so are the comments given by coworkers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have had a difficult time navigating around the program. I need some time to get to learn it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have not worked on the application long enough to know the real problems.

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist allows us to give rewards to our peers and even leadership team to recognize them for extraordinary tasks they do to show our appreciation! Love it!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't get notifications when someone comments or likes the rewards I give and I cannot respond to or "like" those comments either.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is definitely encouraging more staff to step up and step in when they are needed. Everyone likes to be recognized and rewarded for the extra things they do!

It's a great way to let folks know their work is being appreciated.

the gif files are not very high resolution and sometimes contain some personal branding that is irrelevant.

People need feedback and constant feedback.
Quick and Easy Rewards
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist got me my reward in a quick and easy manner. I requested it and less than five minutes later I received the email to claim my reward. I also liked that I could have it sent to my personal account rather than having to rely on my work account whenever I wanted to use my reward. The search function was easy to use to find experiences in my area, and it was easy to find a gift card that I could readily use.
What do you dislike about the product?
I guess mainly just that the experiences that they offer are more for couples than it is for individuals, but that's a personal nitpick. It would also probably be a bit easier to find experiences if it asked right away for the area, rather than having to search for it manually. I also suppose it would be nice if we could earn points in another manner rather than just how long you've worked at the company, but I believe that may be more along the lines of how the organization that uses Bucketlist decides to allocate points to their staff rather than Bucketlist itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It's motivating people to stick around longer. I was able to get a gift card that I could use anywhere, which is very helpful for either splurging on myself for personal entertainment or using it to buy groceries and other necessities, taking some of my usual financial burdens off of my shoulders. I could see how it could be used in order to promote better workplace productivity by celebrating employee milestones and achievements. Currently, my company is using it to celebrate the yearly anniversaries of its employees.

If you're looking for a program to help incentivize employees, this one offers decent ones.
BucketList is Amazing
What do you like best about the product?
BucketList is super easy to use and gift cards are redeemed instantly. With just a couple of clicks, gift cards are in my inbox ready to be used. It's a great job perk!
What do you dislike about the product?
I only wish there was a way to cash in points for cash cards without being charged the VISA fees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No current issues with BucketList.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I looked into other rewards recognition programs and BucketList is by far one of the easier platforms to use from an Admin side.
