Such Fun!
What do you like best about the product?
Acknowledgment of our co-workers and creating an atmosphere of gratitude in our work day.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! Rewards can be used for anything from merchandise to a day off, which is genius!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm not sure it's problem solving, but it helps me connect with my co-workers in a creative way. This is more important to me as a remote employee.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I encourage any industry to try Bucketlist, as it creates a fun way for employees to share and appreciate each other.
Cool program with various options for events and gift cards!
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of redeeming rewards and the variety of gift cards available. No particular features stood out nor do I use any tools with this product. I am not aware of competitor programs so I would not be able to provide feedback on how this compares.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked to see more gift cards from other retailers such as Best Buy and Target. Overall the product is in good standing and I have no recommendations for improvements.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No problems have been solved. Benefits are extra rewards for doing no more than our job. I wouldn't say I am more productive or that my business performance has increased. The program is more of a bonus to me, I don't really need it and I don't see it as a great addition to my benefits package.

Good program for staff
Nothing but positive. The service and team are great!

Being able to show gratitude towards teammates and be rewarded for my accomplishments.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing yet! It's great! I haven't had any issues with anything related to the app yet.

The ability to showcase someone's good deeds or amazing work has improved morale in the yard.

Bucketlist makes it easy and efficient to say thank you to your colleagues. Bonus that everyone who receives a thank you gets to use it for swag!

Nothing. The system is easy and fun to use.

This service helps us all feel more cooperative and collaborative. I truly appreciate the thank yous from my coworkers and using them for swag is amazing. There are some super cool things to get!

What do you like best about the product?
Rewarding my colleagues is one of the best additions to my work enviornment in years. It is so easy to do and makes the morale so much stronger in the office. Being able to send bucks to employees who work hard and deserve them is a fantastic reward in itself for me as a sender.
What do you dislike about the product?
While its not exactly a "dislike", it would be nice to customize the amount that we can send to the employees.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to give recognition to employees across the company and in different departments is very important. Sometimes some employees unfortunately dont get that recognition they deserve and bucketlist has absolutely solved that problem.
Encourages Positivity!
What do you like best about the product?
Posting and receiving posts helps to add a bit of positivity to my day. I love being able to send gif's to my co-workers, that helps add personality to the post.
What do you dislike about the product?
There needs to be more variety of gif's to post. The supply seems very limited.

I have not experienced any problems.

What do you like best about the product?
The clinic I work for has sites all over the US and this is a fun and enthusiastic way to show appreciation to one another!

One thing that i think could be a bit better is the amount of points to give to others.

We can now communicate with all of our sites across the US, bucket list has really made us feel like one whole team!

I love that this encourages positive reinforcement on the job. It is very easy to use. It also offers many options when redeeming points.

The only thing I would add to Bucketlist is a way to see what you have previously redeemed points for.

I feel like our staff members feel more appreciated which creates morale.

Intuitive Employee Rewards tool
What do you like best about the product?
No training is required to use this software. It's all intuitive. Can recognize colleagues, send and receive points, and redeem the points for rewards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing for our use case so far. Meets all of our functional needs.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist allows us to recognize employees for going above and beyond and reward them with tangible benefits for doing so. Serves as a great incentive program.

Great way to encourage teammates to recognize each other's contributions and incentivize them to do great work.
