Quick and Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
They offer a large selection of gift cards and various experiences you can filter to your local area. I liked that I could use my points to get the gift card in just a few clicks. The cards were emailed to me immediately with instructions on how to use them.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was nothing that I disliked about using Bucketlist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I received a reward as a company anniversary gift. I liked being able to pick how to use the points I accrued.

No problems with Bucketlist. Benefits = Great way to acknowledge employees anniversaries
Great way to reward employees
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist is a great way to reward employees when they go above and beyond. I really like how it integrates with Slack and shows what everyone did in order to earn their praise.
What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the gift cards can be sent in ways that stores don't actually accept them. That being said, this could have just been a limitation of the store I was at at the time.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to more effectively recognize hard work and highlight our employees living out our company's values everyday through their work. Employees like to recommend each other for these rewards.

That it pays to voice your opinion and not be penalized for Regonizing your employees

The choices for redeeming the outstanding service of receiving them in a timely manner.
What do you dislike about the product?
My first reward took longer than expected.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The gift cards have come in handy for extra money.

I like that you can redeem the bills for several different stores or giftcards.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish people distributed the bills more fairly. It feels like the same higher up employees always get the benefits and more bills than anyone else, even if I'm doing admirable work or work ethic.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I like that it's an opportunity to earn extra money. I have realized there are many benefits like making extra money for the holidays.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I would reccomend using bucketlist for a incentive to employees but make it more fair and distributed.

I like that you can communicate with coworkers & managers alike to express gratitude for the help and support we provide each other every day.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the beginning, I was a little confused about how the program actually worked, but I wouldn't say I "disliked" it.

Being able to achieve goals and communicate with others

What do you like best about the product?
Easy way to recognize my coworkers for going over and above their normal tasks!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of my coworkers have Spanish as their primary language and a video or quick use tool in Spanish would be useful
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AMEX number is not the easiest to use! I have 5-6 cards with $5-$10 unused dollars on them.
