fun and rewarding
What do you like best about the product?
I like the fun gifs you can add to your message. Redeeming your rewards is very easy.

wish we received more than 8 points each month to be able to send.

Very easy and quick to redeem rewards and the choices are great.

I like that it's another form of communication, where messages and points are awarded for deeds.

The concept wasn't fully explained to me initially, it was only through exploring the website that I understood how everything worked.

I'm not sure if it's solving anything, but it's just another tool to implement to engage workers.

Sharing exploits of fellow team members with others in our network while getting reward perks.

Losing points that were not given out during a month - some projects take longer than a month to reward/acknowledge

It is solving the showcase of merits that may never be seen by others, unless they use this system
This is a great and engaging motivational system with lots of options to redeem points worldwide.

1. It creates an atmosphere of appreciation in the company and encourages employees to be helpful to each other.
2. The ability to create custom rewards is a great way to enhance motivation. For example, I created a custom reward called 'Sprint Star,' and everyone wants to earn it.
3. A variety of ways to redeem points, with experiences being especially great!
4. Customer Support is super quick and helpful. I got my question answered and received the help I needed immediately.
5. The UI is great and easy to use. It is intuitively clear.

What do you dislike about the product?
Ways of redemption depend on the country. For example, in Ukraine, only experiences are available, but most of them are unavailable and need to be updated. I suggest adding the option to redeem points for a virtual prepaid card, as it is available in other countries. Cause as of now Ukrainians perceive Bucketlist Award product not so helpful.

Increasing employee motivation and engagement.

That there are plenty of giftcards to use rewards toward and easy to redeem.

So far no complaints. Maybe just more local activities.

This has helped me trrat my family and my kids in times when extra funds were not available. This motivates me to do better and be better. It def. Helps highlight B.F. Skinner's theory on behaviorism. Thank you!

No options to use towards physical well-being. Like a gym membership.
