Bucket list is Awesome!
What do you like best about the product?
Love how easy it is to order something. Great pictures.

Wish there were more items. There could be better discriptions.

Helping solve not having WN apparel.

The way we are consistently applying a positive company culture!

I can't really think of anything. It was all good.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We weren't using it to solve problems, but just to create a habit of being appreciative of our coworkers. The benefit is that we can put value where our mouth is and tangibly prove our appreciation.

It is so user friendly. The ease of use is what will keep me coming back.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if you could buy the merchandise with cash as well. Wish lists also would be helpful if you allowed coworkers to use their "dough" to buy merchandise for coworkers.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is boosting company moral.

This is an awesome way to reward your employees. I love it.

What do you like best about the product?
The selection of gift certificates and ease of redemption.

I haven't yet found a downside to using Bucketlist.

GREAT assist to build confidence in agents and their teams!
What do you like best about the product?
Not only does it give you the little peep you need in the day but it also helps build relationships in the company. And not to mention all the cool things you can collect on. Whether that's an adventure (chill to extreme) or redeeming gift cards (stores or restaurants) great choices for employees and a great way to feel rewarded for your hard work and dedication.
What do you dislike about the product?
In all honesty I haven't found anything that I honestly dislike about the program.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Just to feel appreciated and know how hard you are working. It also gives you something to look forward to!

It was easy to redeem points that you earned and had great offers to use your points.

I don't really dislike anything about the Bucketlist points program.

I want to earn more points if possible so that I can redeem for more gift cards.
Awesome system for immediate kudos
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist provides a perfect outlet for employees, co-workers, supervisors, and management to recognize someone for their outstanding performance immediately, be it small or large. These kudos are shared with everyone so it steamrolls the company team into providing thanks, good job, we appreciate you, and other comments.

Inswriting a lengthy form, you can quickly go online, whip up a few words, and immediately acknowledge someone. Simple, fast and easy! Bucketlist provides special employee recognition.

Hearing feedback from other colleagues on projects and being recognised when they value your input.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the past rewards (Coins) would be lost after a week, but this has been improved as rewards can now be spent over a longer period (a month).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Provides genuine feedback from colleagues, gives employees a boost, provides an insight to senior management on the contributions being realised across the organisation.

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist is easy to use. There are so many gift cards and experiences to choose from. We have also been able to customize the experiences offered so that employees living in different states are able to have options close to where they live. Also, whenever I have a question my support contact is quick with a response and to help.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything I dislike as of yet. Our team has really taken a liking to sending points to each other and giving recognition. The only thing(s) I would like to see would be American Airlines gift cards and there was another I was looking for the other day I didn't see. Can't remember which right now so it must not have been that big of a deal :)
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are able to send reward points to all employees and then they are able to pick what they want to redeem them for. Our team really likes to go in and give recognition to team members for a job well done.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
If you are considering a rewards program that is compatible with remote employees I think Bucketlist is great!
