Building Rapport in the work environment.
What do you like best about the product?
When it comes to the workplace, we may feel that tasks or projects we complete go unnoticed. Thanks to Bucketlist, we can give our coworkers recognition of a job well done. My favorite thing to do is to give out points to coworkers. Bucketlist builds rapport and creates an environment where you feel valued as an employee. I redeemed points for an extra hour of lunch, which allowed me to attend my son's graduation!
What do you dislike about the product?
When I receive points, I want to give that post a heart to let my coworker know I appreciate them.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
If there is a problem with motivation at work, Bucketlist will help solve that issue. Imagine being able to give out points each week to coworkers, and on top of a paycheck, they can take a flightseeing tour through Denali National Park! That is an experience worth saving points to redeem. Having motivation comes easy when you are excited to give out points and help your coworkers realize what they want to experience through Bucketlist.
Great tool to recognize someone within your team and add points to show your gratitude
What do you like best about the product?
Ease of use and assigning points. Also, the ability to add gif's and photos adds a very fun element to the recognition.
What do you dislike about the product?
if multiple people give points on a single recognition, it becomes confusing to see how many points were given by whom. I wish there was more clarity so that we can see how many points a person has added.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The recognition is company-wide and can be seen by everyone. People take pride when they are recognized

Better notification settings (notified when someone comments on a recognition you made). Be able to tag managers when recognize their employees

I like that I can read about the good things going on in other departments and read about who is doing good things for others. I like that it is easy to use. I also like that we get rewarded by our peers.

I wish I had more points to distribute to others. Complimenting others is fun!

I am realizing how much good is going on in this hospital. In a world where we focus on the bad, it is good to highlight the good.

I cannot think of anything, It really depends on how well you get the tool customized to meet your companies needs. Also I am just a user and do not administrate the tool. So, hard to say.

No complaints about the app it is easy to use and has several options and features to choose from that are helpful

The benefits are that it is easy to use and access. We use it at my company for rewards and nominations between the staff and it is helpful to communicate with staff in other regions or states

the mobile app could use work - it kicked me out and was slow

It helps with promoting team building and lending a hand to other departments. Encouraging team members to give to each other as well.

Make sure the mentions/shoutouts are SPECIFIC and not just a points dump. The deed should be described and how it affected the team

There is nothing as such dislike but having FAQ/Help section will have added value for ease of use
