Great App
What do you like best about the product?
Very nice application, intuitive and easy to navigate. Great rewards selection and redeeming points was very easy!

I really had no issues with the application.

It provides a plethora of options for your hard work, and redeeming rewards is as easy as 1-2-3!

Great employee incentive program
What do you like best about the product?
The program is simple to use and it's fun sharing the good work that everyone does witin the organization. Redeeming the points into something that can be personalized is a great option. For example, redeem your points for a custom made sweater by the Executive Director. If you want to redeem our points for something else, the choices are almost endless. I had a great time deciding what to get.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing that I dislike about the program. The only thing that could be inproved is the abilty to search the gift cards by alphbet or a drop down list. To have to scroll down is time consuming. That should be a relative easy program fix.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I see how it can really showcase the good work that is happening within our organization and it's a great opportunity to share your appreciation for their efforts. It's a great opportunity to celebrate birthdays or work milestones also. The ability to set your own goals and share them with your coworkers is awesome and when you complete those goals, it's great to have the suport of your coworkers.

Recommendations to others considering the product:
I think organizations should give Bucketlist a try. Giving out the points is easy and it's a great way to give your employees something they want and is tangible and usable, not just a pat on the back. If they don't want to redeem their points for a vendor gift card, they can choose a visa cash card. The ability to offer customizible gifts is awesome. There is really something for everyone. Redeeming for a gift card is immediate and takes only moments for the transaction.

There wasn't really anything that I disliked about it.

Bucketlist is a reward system that my company is using for employee recognition. It's nice to be recognized and compensated for going the extra mile.
Super easy to use and great reward options
What do you like best about the product?
This is a great way to recognize employees and easy way for them to redeem their reward. Rewards get sent instantly! With the majority of us using a social media platform outside of work what better way to have this at work.
What do you dislike about the product?
Wish there was a way where you can search cards. You have to go through each page to find all the available cards. Its in alphabetical order but it still takes time to find what you have to offer to employees. Also, the platform can use a face lift as it looks simple and it does not have many features for the users.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are using this tool to help recognize staff on a larger scale. At the moment we are recognize staff in a smaller scale and not for the organization to see. This tool has allowed us to engage with our staff by recognizing their accomplishments, birthdays and service time with the company. Over the last several years we have been finding ways to engage with our employees and show them that they are more than just a number. Since Bucketlist has come to the company we have had staff join the platform and shout out staff and interact with staff that they normally wouldn't interact with. This tool has also allowed us to put a name to a face as we are a large organization that is still growing in numbers.

advertise it with your employees and show them what a great tool it can be. Everyone is on social media now a days and this is a good tool for business

The website is easy to maneuver. You are able to recognize your employees without much effort.

I have nothing bad to say about Bucketlists Rewards, everything is great!

I am able to properly give recognition to my colleagues. The benefits I have realized is that through recognition, my colleagues have so many great options to benefit from.
Immediate Recognition and Reward Redemption
What do you like best about the product?
I was recognized for a project immediately and redeemed the gift card within 5 minutes of recognition. Superb ease of use.

I honestly have no issues with BucketList. It's a great recognition system and the reward redemption could not have been easier.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
In the past we did quarterly recognition and gift cards. Now the recognition is immediate and publicly shared in a user-friendly way.

It's a great way to recognize and reward employees at any organization. Recognition is customizable to meet each associate's needs, and it the rewards can be redeemed for almost anything.

I liked how simple it was to use the website. I redeemed my points for gift cards within a matter of minutes with no issues!
What do you dislike about the product?
I thought the whole process went smoothly and I don't have any dislikes for BucketList.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think our firm has solved the problem of employee and peer recognition with BucketList. Its allowed our workplace to have a fun and interesting way to give someone recognition for their work. One benefit is Bucketlist has the option to publicly post your comments - so everyone can see your hard work!
Fast and Easy
What do you like best about the product?
Speed and ease of use. Very self-explanatory.
What do you dislike about the product?
Would be worth expanding the card choices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Acknowledging employees who go above and beyond their required daily duties. It's a great option in between performance evaluations to continue to let employees know that you appreciate their efforts. I feel that this will create employee loyalty and instill a strong corporate culture through positive reinforcement.

It's a great platform to use as an HR tool to provide positive reinforcement to employees and build employee loyalty.
