Great way to (publicly) acknowledge team members.
What do you like best about the product?
Integration with Active Directory and/or Azure AD.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not being able to edit a recognition already submitted, ie. verbage/points/etc. Must delete and recreate.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and easy way to recognize someone, and the option to choose how to use the points. Option to select how to redeem points, ie. gift cards, or experiences.
Bucketlist is a must have for your business!
What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy being able to reward employees in this way. Its a great program and love all the options of gift cards to choose from.
What do you dislike about the product?
Waiting to get the actual email of the gift card. Although, waiting for it to come in the mail would take even longer. It would be nice to get the email of the card right away.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am not aware of any problems really, but it would be nice to have a group of people to send points to all at one time. Benefits again are the wide range of choices the caregivers choose from.

It is easy to use, and the reward gift cards are great options.

Redeeming multiple rewards is cumbersome, there is no shopping cart function

What do you like best about the product?
The whole user experience was very smooth, easy to understand, and user friendly - from allowing you to reward and recognize your colleagues to the easy redemption process.
What do you dislike about the product?
For myself, I find that I do not frequent many of the places that are offered as e-gift cards. Also, if at all possible, arranging gift cards for more local places would be a bonus.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist has allowed up to go beyond simply saying 'thank you' for someone's hard work and perseverance and allow each person the opportunity to choose the reward they want - versus say everyone being given the same thing, that they many not find useful.
Redeemed points for two gift cards and it was seamless.

Great experience, very easy to use. Love that gift cards are e-cards! I had them in 1 minute!

I do not dislike anything. Was a very positive experience.

It's a convenient tool for employee recognition. Far fewer steps than it took to write this review.

The ability to redeem for Amazon gift cards, so I can use my points any way I like.

It would have been easier if I could have redeemed my entire balance in a single Amazon gift card instead of multiples.

Just buying extra toys that aren't usually in my budget.

What do you like best about the product?
This is a very encouraging resource to have your team members engage in positive feedback and boost moral. It is like a chain a good vibrations that is contagious because once one employee shouts out another it continues down the line. In the end good behavior is rewarded which is encouraging. The team an actually see the results of the hard work. The redemption process is seamless - like online shopping. For example, I redeemed my shout outs for an amazon gift card that immediately hit my inbox and then using the code was immediately applied to my amazon account. I highly recommend to any one considering this platform as it dramatically makes improvements the working environment. Happy Employees work best!

What do you like best about the product?
Having the bucket list points and rewards system has transformed our kudos system, it has been a great way to express our thanks to employees. The rewards system is fantastic, going through some of the choices, having experiences such as skydiving, restaurants, bakeries, tours, paragliding, and PAINTBALL for reasonable points return is a great feature. I am very much looking forward to my visa gift card, because while the experiences are a nice way to spend the points, sometimes you just need some cash, and that time is now. I love logging in daily and reviewing both the kudos that my own team receives from others, as well as the general office staff receiving points on a regular basis. I encourage my team and the other team leads to use those points quarterly before they expire, teaching people to recognize others is an important way to help with employee morale, and it's a known fact that being recognized also increases productivity and retention amongst organizations.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this point, using the bucket list rewards site, issuing points, as well as receiving points, I currently do not dislike anything at this time, and I do not foresee anything in the future based on my current experiences.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Having a centralized location for Kudos with rewards is a game-changer. I am seeing a ton more interactivity throughout our organization. The ease of use of the platform is most beneficial as it allows people to not have to work hard in order to provide kudos.

Honestly, this is just a fantastic system, I am really happy we went with Bucketlist.
