Quick and Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
I loved how I was able to redeem my Bucketlist points and receive my gift card almost immediately! I like that Bucketlist allows me the ability to reward my coworkers for their hard work, and celebrate my own achievements as well.
What do you dislike about the product?
There really nothing to dislike about the Bucketlist program. It is user-friendly and a great experience overall.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I'm redeeming my points for giftcards to local restaurants to save myself a little money when I eat out for lunch.

So Easy to Use!!
What do you like best about the product?
I really love that it looks like a platform that I'm already familiar with. Not a ton of features, just the right amount to navigate through the different areas.
What do you dislike about the product?
I Would love to see small thumbprints on the redeem page. They are a little big to scroll through.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My employees get immediately noticed, not just within our facility, but across the other facilities in our company. No one knows what we do most of the time. This is a total game changer.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Keep on your employees to recognize each other. It doesn't work unless you use it. Habits takes time to form, but I'm happy to set a calendar reminder weekly to distribute all the points I am alloted.
Awesome Employee Incentive
What do you like best about the product?
Its simple to use, boosts employee moral and productivity. The rewards are great and vary to match all tastes. There is something for everyone!
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were a way to search the redemption items on the mobile app instead of having to scroll through hundreds of options. Also, I don't see why you need specific gift cards when many can be grouped by their ownership. Example: TJ Maxx, Homegoods and Marshalls have a combined gift card that can be used at all and also have listings for individual stores.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This has saved us having to try to create an incentive program. Moral and productivity are up. Employees are engaged and recognizing each other which has led to improved teamwork. Everyone is excited to earn and to give.
A Progressive Application for the Modern Workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I love the efficiency of the application (mobile and desktop). You are able to sit and relax at home and recognize co-workers for their hard work throughout the day.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the mobile app was a little more visually appealing. Other than that, nothing!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows for a wonderful energy around our workplace. We all try and do more for each other, not necessarily because it will benefit us directly but more so because we know that everyone truly appreciates it!
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It's totally worth it! Today is actually Employee Appreciation Day and we used Bucketlist to reward our staff. It is useful for everything from taking out the recycling to celebrating a birthday or holiday!

The layout and redemption is very simple and easy to use. anyone can figure it out

It incentivizes the little things that we do in the workplace that typically would go unnoticed.
I love using Bucketlist I just redeemed my points for an Amazon gift card!

It was easy to use! I can redeem points for things I actually want and need.

Nothing! I like everything about Bucketlist i can’t think of anything they could do to improve.

Great platform for Employee Recognition
What do you like best about the product?
This is an easy way to be able to properly recognize my colleagues for a job well done.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints about this program - its super easy to use.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As mentioned above we didn't have a proper system in place to recognize and highlight jobs well done. This platform allows us to do so it such an easy manner and as result people are able to be monetarily rewarded for this.
Straightforward and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
I found this to be straightforward and easy to use. I was able to get to where I needed to be on the experience marketplace page in a matte of seconds. Also, the redemtion codes for my rewards came almost immediately.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not have any complaints about bucketlist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This wasn't necessarily being used for solving problems. I received reward points and was able to be rewarded for my work.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
From a rewards perspective, this is the best one that I've seen so far. I've used 3 different platforms and this is the most straightforaward and simple to navigate.
Wonderful way to continuously applaud our staff!
What do you like best about the product?
It facilitates the way in which we keep up with anniversaries, birthdays, and overall one place to applaud and reward our superstars. It's great that we could easily give out stars or rewards and other colleagues weigh in and can use it to applaud great work as well!
What do you dislike about the product?
It could be a little more user-friendly (it was hard to navigate at first). I wish there was a side panel that listed all of the upcoming anniversaries/birthdays.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consultant and employee retention and engagement.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Give all of your employees a run-through, instead of having them figure it out themselves. It's pretty easy to use!
