Bucketlist immediately helped with morale in the whole team
What do you like best about the product?
How quickly our whole team was able to adapt to this and the rewards were better than I expected. The team as a whole is very engaged and uses the tool heavily
What do you dislike about the product?
Experiences are a little off, I can't imagine there being real value in those over gift cards, No issue with the system itself. There seems to be a dump at the end of each month, I'm not sure how to fix that.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Problems being solved are team morale and recognition, no one ever got credit for the hardwork they were doing. Benefits were immediate, everyone saw the value that each employess brought to the table, even outside of their department

Use it liberally. The more people that buy in the better the system will be overall.

What do you like best about the product?
The redemption process was quick easy and had a ton of variety!
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially there was an issue with the account which was confusing and an error myself and some of my colleagues couldn’t solve but our HR representative swiftly reset the issue so nothing too distracting or frustrating at all.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Our company has utilized this Redemption program as an incentive program for tenured staff members.

The redemption process was smooth and easy, I would rate it a 10 for its accessibility, and clarity for redeeming a reward!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing to dislike! What the company doing makes it easy to like!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We use this platform to redeem gift cards for employees that hit landmark work time as in 1 year work anniversary, 5 years, 10 years and so on. We can also earn points for other experiences in Orlando or receiving gift cards.

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist breaks down boundaries between coworkers and let’s people communicate truly how they appreciate their coworkers performance. In the hotel industry it can be quite difficult to take the time and realize you want to recognize someone or now that I like being recognized. I’m grateful my company has joined Bucketlist because it has made me feel recognized and appreciated like no other place I’ve worked. What do you dislike about the product?
The only downside is I feel like it can promote favoritism. I’m hoping there is a creative way to bypass this.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Personally, I’ve never really felt appreciated but now that bucketlist has arrived I feel I can actually hear what people think about my hard work and performance.

Bucketlist is perfect if you want to unite and encourage your team. Bucketlist is a platform that can bring everyone together. It can also motivate certain team members that need motivation such as tokens. It also can show who your own team thinks is a hard worker even if you don’t see it directly from you position.

What do you like best about the product?
This app is very easy to use which is great for those that are not great with technology. It helps our team recognize people for going the extra mile in an easy and feasible manner. Plus they are then rewarded through the app without having to personally hand out rewards. Our employees are loving all the extra recognition they are receiving which makes them feel better about the work they are doing and ultimately inspires them to continue doing a great job. They is even a app for your cell phone so you can give recognition wherever you are.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's a little confusing how its setup with shout outs vs tokens. It would be nice if they were separated a little bit to ensure people understand tokens vs shout outs. Took me awhile to get used to. It's also hard to ensure all employees are participating. Some are not as computer savvy as others and since they don't sit down at a desk for more of their work its hard to capture their engagement. We receiving some training but not all employees were able to attend and since they didn't attend are not engaging with the platform as much. We should implement continuing training on this app and platform
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We now have a platform to recognized employees. It incentives employees to continue working harder and also brings overall team moral up. We've also been able to do larger programs such as Employee of the Quarter and it has a section for us to take nominations.

This is a very easy platform to integrate into a workplace to enhance performance and recognition for those doing a job well done.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like best about Bucketlist is the ability to choose your own gift card or experience based on the amount of tokens given!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that only managers have the ability to give tokens. In addition, I think shoutouts are great, but there is no incentive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The problem solved with bucketlist is employers giving employees the freedom to choose their gift card to cater to their needs.

I love being able to openly express to the whole company, the good things that co-workers do.
What do you dislike about the product?
I do not like that there is no filter when you try to find a gift card to purchase.

I think as a company we forget to congratulate the people that matter in an open forum. This gives us an opportunity to show people we care.

If you want a wonderful and positive tool that inspires gratitude than this is the product for you.

What do you like best about the product?
I love being able to recognize co-workers for a job well done. It's wonderful to show appreciation for going above and beyond the norm.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found anything that I dislike about using Bucketlist. It's a very easy system to use.

I have seen a boost in moral within the company. The rewards that we can change our points for are also a great benefit!

The user interface is very easy to use! The options provided are fun and diverse as well!

I haven't encountered anything I don't like so far.

Login into the online portal is straight forward. I enjoyed how user friendly the site is to navigate around.

I would prefer a category selection for the gift cards. More like a drop down menu were I can select from by category vs having to scroll down and having to wait for the selections to load.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Not so much problems but having this website around is truly a blessing. In my experience this site works as a one stop portal to access history and rewards.
