Good and easy
What do you like best about the product?
No hassle or anything. It is very easy to use i love how we can earn points to get rewards for gift cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing everything is amazing . The amount of points we need to get things is reasonable.

What do you like best about the product?
Intuitive to use (no training required), setup to match our branding, fun feel like a social media platform, so many ways to customize to your particular organizational needs!
What do you dislike about the product?
Once we onboarded and started using the platform, there were a few feature requests from our company, and Bucketlist has been fantastic with adding them to their roadmap for 2019!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We did not have a peer-to-peer recognition program previously, and now we do! Bucketlist has enabled our global offices to feel more connected to the company, which creates multiple positive effects; higher engagement, less risk of attrition, improved productivity, etc.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
After researching seven digital recognition platforms, Bucketlist had all the features of the other platforms, including a few that others did not, best Slack integration interface, and 1/3 of the cost - no brainer!
Jason, Jack, Marc, and the Bucketlist team have been an absolute pleasure to work with! They are responsive, thoughtful, and incorporate our feedback into the platform as a true business partner that cares about the success of our Rewards & Recognition Program. 5 star recommend!

Great fun rewarding out CAREGivers. They love the positive comments and the recognition
What do you like best about the product?
The website is very easy to maneuver and understand. Great selection of gift cards to redeem your points with...restaurants, stores, airlines. I promote it to our CAREGivers as a bonus program. Who doesn't like free gift cards.
What do you dislike about the product?
Once you redeem points for a gift card it takes you back to the top of the gift cards and if you want a gift card like a Visa gift card (alphabetical) it takes quite a while to scroll through the cards. Minor inconvenience
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I would say the benefits are the ease of use and the great selection of gift cards you have available for redemption.

I loved that you can acknowledge great work and send your coworkers rewards for little or big things! All things get to be celebrated.

Not much it was pretty fast to redeem, maybe adding more things to redeem on the rewards

I redeemed my Bucketlist points for a free hotel stay.
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist allowed me to quickly redeemed my earned points for a hotels.com gift card. The e-gift card arrived in my inbox almost immediately, and was easily redeemed on the hotels.com website.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing I dislike about the Bucketlist rewards program, I only have great things to say about their program and customer service.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist helped me to afford a better/safer hotel room for my stay in Cincinnati by redeeming my points for a hotels.com gift card. Now my son will have an indoor pool to swim in during our stay, thanks to Bucketlist!

Bucketlist is easy to use and has a lot of perks, I definitely recommend it!

The site is easy to use, full of fun and it really feels great to make people that you work with feel good.

Nothing at this time all is beyond anything I have used in the past.

Company culture has been on a positive move with the fun and excitement driven by rewarding each other for efforts in the day.

What do you like best about the product?
The customer service provided by both Jason and Jack was absolutely amazing. Both were very patient and understanding in getting to know what our company needs were and doing they best to match them. They constantly followed up with me to see if I had any questions and provided excellent demo’s of the product so we understood what Bucketlist had to offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing. Very satisfied with the service and the platform itself.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We are trying to solve the problem in lack of employee engagement and revamping our existing employee recognition program to make it more employee friendly.

The tool is very easy to use. Our staff has both younger and older members and everyone has been able to adopt it very easily.

It’s very easy to use, self explanatory and intuitive.

I can’t find anything wrong with rewarding your colleagues and receiving rewards at work!

I think it’s been beneficial for our team to recognize each other and people on other teams when we may not do so otherwise.
