Bucketlist - Easy and fast
What do you like best about the product?
The process was extremely easy and quick.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any complaints, as everything went smoothly
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Does not apply to me, however, it is an efficient way for our HR team to manage rewards and recognition.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
It was an easy, good experience for me and I would highly recommend. I received my gift quicker than I had expected and experienced no glitches.
Recognizing a Coworker Has Never Been So Easy!
What do you like best about the product?
When I want to recognize a coworker, and can choose their name from a dropdown list, pick the points to give them, and they will have their reward instantaneously.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't know if this is a product limitation, but it would be good to be able to recognize contractors
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it fast and easy to recognize someone

It is a great tool for recognizing your peers

The recognition ability and rewards. Being able to this as a feedback tool to all our Practices Internally.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike nothing about the product. I think it is great putting our values in as metrics.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Paper is gone, digital is in!

Feedback is so important, use your Bucketlist.
A great and easy way to recognize your colleagues.
What do you like best about the product?
It's great to have a quick and easy way to recognize your coworkers while also giving them a little something to show your appreciation.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be nice if we had a similar system for recognizing our contract workers as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick and positive feedback for exceptional performance. It is also a nice incentive to encourage people to go the extra mile.

It's a great incentive that has seen very high adoption across our company.
Great way to reward colleagues in real time
What do you like best about the product?
Rewards should be in real time not at then end of the year. This service does a great job of making that process easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
I didn't get an email notification when I earned points from colleagues (had to log in to see). Not sure if I didn't set this up right, but would be great to be notified right away so I can thank colleagues for the points.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We had quarterly high fives for colleagues before, but the process makes a lot more sense if it just happens real time and in the moment.
Bucketlist is easy to navigate and customizable!
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist is easy to use and you are able to customize it to your business needs. Rewards are easy to give out and redeem.
What do you dislike about the product?
A few issues with logging in but they are handled quickly and efficiently.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time spent on putting together and handing out award is a lot less and awards are more personalized.

It's very easy to use and you can customize to your business needs.

What do you like best about the product?
I like that it is clearly laid out, simple to use and response time is very fast
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that monthly points balances are cancelled if not used. I find that this encourages you to give out rewards just for the sake off giving them out.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I feel that Bucketlist provides a platform for recognizing smaller day-to-day actions that may not be called out by management but that help make tasks easier, more enjoyable and more efficient.
Wonderful Program to Incentivize Employees & Recognize them for Hard Work!
What do you like best about the product?
I love that you have a certain amount of points that you can recognize your colleagues with each month. It really inspires you to go above and beyond in your job. It's super easy to redeem your points for awesome rewards like gift cards (TONS of options - big brand names) and local activities/experiences!
What do you dislike about the product?
There's nothing that I dislike - it's an excellent program!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I love that you can reward your coworkers for their hard work - it really improves company morale and is such a fun feature!
Great way to recognize your colleagues!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy the program is to use & the positive interaction between co-workers. This is a great way to recognize colleagues for going the extra mile. Team building is important, especially within our company- my department works remotely and being able to thank and/or recognize colleagues from a remote location has been very rewarding!
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't like that our monthly points to "give" out expire- but on the bright side, it makes your think really hard about who went above and beyond & recognize them! I'd also like to see more "tags" to choose from when recognizing one another. But otherwise its a great platform!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think we are solving the disconnection between remote departments within our company. The benefit of this is, we now have a platform to reward one another, recognize one another and to build a positive connection outside of our specific departments.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Great way to start team building - I'd say its 100% worth trying! The rewards are fantastic & your team will enjoy the positive outcome of recognizing one another!
Simply Powerful
What do you like best about the product?
Easily reward coworkers for all sorts of things ranging from small to large. Can write reviews on the go and post in seconds. Very easy to use
What do you dislike about the product?
Mobile and Outlook app could use a little more work. Mobile app often asked me to re-login.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Changed our culture overnight. Everyone was super engaged!
