Really awesome rewards
What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist rewards allows for employees to be recognized not only for years of service but by their co-workers and management for whatever appreciation they would like to show. It also has a variety of ways you can utilize the points accrued which I find awesome.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish there were other opportunities to earn bucklist points such as surveys and/or activities.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucklist allows for appreciation to be sent in a way that is tangible and can benefit the employee more than just words.
My experience using this was great.

I love this idea with the points to give to my peers.

I wish they could distribute more points at a time.

What do you like best about the product?
It feels great to be appreciated, and Bucketlist Rewards makes employee recognition fun and meaningful.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be great if the points expiration policy was a bit more flexible.

It's increased engagement by giving us fun goals to work towards. I love earning points and celebrating successes with my team.
I'm a CSR and I love my job. I love customer service & making people feel important and appreciated.

I love getting to thank coworkers for the little things they think no one sees. And love reading others rewards and rreasons. I get an oppurtuniy to do differents things when I cash in.
What do you dislike about the product?
I redeemed my points the 1st time for ax throwig, when I went ack to get more it was no longer an option. No big deal tho.

Acknowledgement is a big thing. And it makes you and others feel good to get acknowledged.

The variety of gift card selection is great

The amount dispersed is not enough or not frequent

It is a very fun and easy way to connect with all your team! Even those that are states away! We love using the GIFs to make our recognitions even more entertaining too!

I haven't really seen much I don't like about it.

The problem that we cannot connect with others around the country as easy or get rewarded for doing so!

I really love that they have my favorites restaurants to get a gift card and enjoy one of my favorite meals due to point rewards

What do you like best about the product?
The app is easy to navigate. The process of redeeming rewards is fast and easy. Customer service is friendly and affective.

The only problem I've had was a platform wide privacy issue. Customer service and it did the best they could to get back up and running.

Keeping track of rewards. Notifying me when I've been recognized. Facilitating online currency into real prizes and money.
