Powerful Recognition Tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I like how easy Bucketlist is to use... as a user and also as an administrator of the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Need more reporting capabilities to pull results and analyze
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
low recognition scores across the org and breaking down the silos of recognition only happening within a department.
Great Employee Recognition Platform
What do you like best about the product?
There are a lot of features of Bucketlist that we love. Everyone has said that they enjoy logging in to read all of the recognitions on the activity feed, they love how user friendly the platform is, the connection it provides to our core values and the convenience of redeeming points in the marketplace.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish that there were more customizable report options and that the Donation & Gift Card section of the marketplace was minimized. Instead of showing the same gift card option for 1 place multiple times it should just show one and then individuals can enter how many points they want to redeem for it.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Prior to Bucketlist we were using a very archaic style of recognition. This platform has brought our business into the 21st century. It has enhanced our team dynamic by allowing us to support and recognize one another for even the smallest things!
Great Employee Recognition
What do you like best about the product?
The implementation of Bucketlist was very straightforward and simple and it was easy for all staff to start using the program.
What do you dislike about the product?
Our company does not have any dislikes regarding Bucketlist.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It was difficult for staff to keep up to date on what projects their peers were working on, and how the projects were going. Through Buckletlist rewards and comments, all staff can see the successes that their peers have, through acknowledgement of their fellow workers.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Ensure the staff buys into using the product and is actively acknowledging their peers.
Super easy to use and fun to give out/receive points
What do you like best about the product?
I like how it is intuitive and user friendly. Giving/receiving points boosts morale, and I love that it creates a supportive culture.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only complaint would be that the points you can give out isn't accumulative, sometimes I forget to give out points and they expire.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It provides us with a space to thank our teammates for the awesome work they do- it encourages people to work hard and be proud of their work.
Engaging and Fun

Boost Company Culture and Peer to Peer Engagement
What do you like best about the product?
For many years, Bucketlist has helped support the "work hard, play hard" culture that many tech companies, like us, live by. Employees are able to share their bucketlist experiences on a seamless interface and even interact with fellow peers to potentially form team cultural/bonding activities.
Recently, we rolled out a recognition and rewards program by integrating Slack with Bucketlist. This has also played a signficant role in reinforcing a culture where hard work and collaboration is celebrated.

Everything's great so far, I can't think of anything I don't like.

Bucketlist's software has helped our team recognize each other on jobs well done, bond with one another through super fun activities booked through the built-in marketplace, and gave us something to look forward to at the end of a successful quarter. In short, Bucketlist helped us feel like a real team and kept our spirits up whenever we experienced burnout.
