Bucketlist helped our team overachieve

  • November 15, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
* Flexibility to add/create personal goals and activities unique to me
* Ever-expanding selection of experiences I can book using my Bucketlist points
* Easy to use, intuitive platform, no need to be an IT-whiz to use it.
* Helps create a sense of community
What do you dislike about the product?
Everything's great so far, I can't think of anything I don't like.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist's software has helped our team recognize each other on jobs well done, bond with one another through super fun activities booked through the built-in marketplace, and gave us something to look forward to at the end of a successful quarter. In short, Bucketlist helped us feel like a real team and kept our spirits up whenever we experienced burnout.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Would highly recommend Bucketlist. Great tool to promote a family-like culture within your organization.

Great place for new ideas

  • November 15, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I can choose ideas for my own bucket list and share ideas with my colleagues. As well, I do like points system and how I can recognize people for extra efforts.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to register/schedule appointments on a website right away other than spend time on research somewhere else. More photos also would be nice.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
recognizing extra efforts (points)
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Yes, I like the ideas

Great tool for rewards and recognition

  • November 15, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love that Bucketlist makes it easy to recognize my team for their accomplishments in and outside the office. It's also a great tool for helping our team stay connected to our core values.
What do you dislike about the product?
While I use the peer recognition Slack integration often, I find that I don't use all the features of Bucketlist on a regular basis. I do need a bit more incentive from Bucketlist to log into the dashboard and explore their product further.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist has provided a great, casual way to recognize peers seamlessly with our company's Slack integration.

Great for company recognition

  • November 15, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
It's a great way to publicly recognize people for their hard work, especially those who may not have much to do with other departments but are still a very valuable asset to the company. I also like that you can get to know a bit about what people like to do in their spare time based on the type of bucket list items they would like to achieve.
What do you dislike about the product?
It cam sometimes seem unfair with what people get recognized for and how the points are allocated (i.e. some people get a lot of points for something small).
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This isn't applicable to me as Bucket List was already implement at the company when I started. Something that I think it is really great for is getting to know other staff members who you don't have much to do with on a daily/weekly basis. It helps you get to know people.

  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Being able to recognize my colleagues in a public setting and having them be rewarded. I also like getting to achieve my own bucket-list goals / sharing with my colleagues about it / viewing them achieve their goals
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like to be able to see who likes each recognition or goals - currently just shows heart with a number
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Improved company culture and buy into the core values. Everyone knows and understands our companies core values and wants to embrace them. Improved culture and relationships.

Using Bucketlist to engage and reward top employees

  • January 03, 2018
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
I love the reward system tied to our company core values. It makes them so much more meaningful to our staff to know that their performance is not only recognized but is also celebrated and rewarded with money to put towards hitting one of their bucketlist goal.
What do you dislike about the product?
If there was 1 thing I'd like them to improve, it would be their point system. They need to make it super easy for staff to exchange their reward points for real-life experiences on their bucketlist
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Bucketlist has helped us improve our employee engagement at work by providing a platform for our teams to recognize their peers using slack.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Get a few internal champions to pilot the software first, then use them to help you roll it out to your entire team

A Fun Way to Engage

  • December 21, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Bucketlist has been such a fun way to engage with our team and company culture. The amount of diverse things that we've been able to do with such a simple platform has been incredible.
What do you dislike about the product?
There does need to be team buy-in and participation for this to be successful. But you'll definitely get more out of it, the more that employees and managers drive recognition.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We've been able to do weekly employee recognition highlights, culture competitions, team events based on common goals, and personalized rewards.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
The feature development for Bucketlist has been rapid - with high quality improvements coming frequently. Their support has been superb and often any suggestions will already have an estimated implementation time on their product road map.

Awesome tool for peer recognition

  • December 20, 2017
  • Review provided by G2

What do you like best about the product?
Seamless integration with Slack. Its so simple and easy. Our team uses Slack extensively for day to day activities. Employees can see updates of goals of their peers within Slack and recognize their peers with very intuitive user interface rendered within Slack. They never have to leave Slack to see updates or recognize their peers.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to see a way to offer rewards to employees in form of experiences in addition to cash only rewards.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Best employee recognition and reward tool. Solves many problems of HR
Recommendations to others considering the product:
Do integrate it with your company's Slack channel. It's simple, just a couple of clicks. Your team will love to see their goals being shared on Slack. They can also recognize each from within Slack.
