It has been flexible enough to meet our needs
What do you like best about the product?
To streamline deployments without compromising security, it is crucial for software development companies to have a platform that optimises integration and continuous delivery. Harness further reduces our deployment risk with automatic monitoring and rollback capabilities. The user interface is very easy to use; we have been able to halve deployment times from hours to minutes by configuring CI/CD pipelines in a matter of minutes. Unit, integration and performance tests can be seamlessly integrated into the pipeline thanks to test automation. Reports have been invaluable in communicating performance data to stakeholders and showing customers the value we offer.
What do you dislike about the product?
The multiple settings and adjustments may confuse some purchasers. Especially if you're new to these tools.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As far as Harness is concerned, my strategy has been to facilitate efficient adoption of the platform by customers. While they may require my assistance during initial setup, many DevOps and development teams quickly recognize the benefits of automation. One of the most important things that has helped customers learn how to improve their operations is personalized training. Automated testing and deployment to various environments were part of the pipeline we established in Harness. Because of this, we were able to deploy the feature smoothly and get favorable feedback from users. We have also introduced proactive support that helps customers identify potential issues before they impact their deployments.

The ease of one application. As a developer, I always am looking for a way to streamline my work

There is so many capabilities, it will take some time to learn everything that it can offer

The learning curve for all the services offered can be a bit much but once you have an understanding of it it's a great tool

What do you like best about the product?
A modern toolset enabling development teams to deploy code more quickly, consistently and securely. This is key eneabler for delivery pipeline and bring in the efficiencies of the automations

Nothing at the moment, our partners at Harenss are working towards features requests from our enterprise.

Integration with our pipelines and enabling the efficiencies of automation
Implementing harness in mexican companies has been such a grate journey

The easy to work on int and the comfort of working on the visual interface.

Still in Mexico is difficult to bring up companies to be ready to adopt DevOps and some times harness is lagging to help companies to star the DevOps adoption.
