What do you like best about the product?

I find Badger Maps to be incredibly efficient and easy to use for my team of field reps in the multifamily flooring sales industry. It greatly improves visibility and efficiency. The support provided is incredible, and tracking everything is super simple. I particularly appreciate the mapping and notes features, which are great for setting follow-ups to ensure our customers are consistently connected. The initial setup of Badger Maps was straightforward and easy. Overall, I'm very satisfied with it.

What do you dislike about the product?

We had some issues connecting to chat gpt but the support hopped on a call and got us right up and running.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Badger Maps makes everything more visible and efficient, simplifies tracking, and the mapping and notes features help ensure follow-ups so customers never go without a connection.

What do you like best about the product?

I use Badger Maps because it integrates seamlessly with Android Auto for navigation in my car, which I find really convenient. I like how I can use the reporting feature to monitor my monthly client visits. The routing feature is great because it lets me efficiently visit our referral sources, optimizing my time on the road. I also appreciate how easy it was to set up, especially with the CSV import for our existing clients, and I regularly add new accounts.

What do you dislike about the product?

I find the voice recognition on Badger Maps could be improved. It uses the voice input from my Samsung phone, but sometimes it messes up punctuation, so I have to go in and retype everything. Better voice recognition or AI would make it much smoother to use.

Badger Maps efficiently plans routes, preventing wasted time driving in circles. It helps manage communication with referral sources, integrates with Android Auto, and offers reporting to review client visits. It makes the best use of my time on the road.

Before using Badger Maps, planning my daily territory and sorting through client addresses took way too much time. Now, the route optimization feature automatically maps out the most efficient way to travel. It saves me hours of driving each week and cuts down on gas expenses.

It needs more integrations with web-based CRM apps.

The visual map layout makes it really easy to see where my accounts and leads are clustered, and the mobile app syncs instantly with my desktop planning. On top of that, their customer support team is incredibly responsive and helpful whenever I have a question.

I like that it's easy to use on my iPad and iPhone, and it's user-friendly. I also appreciate the system in general. It's just easy to use, and I've had it for years. The initial setup was very easy, although it just took some time to enter all my accounts. I can't think of anything I dislike about Badger Maps; I like everything about it.

The easy interface and customer service. I liked how easy the app was to use and any time I had a question customer service was quick to help.

Really nothing was negative. Everything I used was great.

My route was the biggest thing! I would visit 250 to 300 stops a day and would have been lost without the routing aspect.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most is the nice visual of the map. I like being able to set places, search by liposuction or cosmetic surgery, and look at a visualization on a map. It saves me time because instead of going on to Google and looking for a certain area, Badger Maps eliminates that extra step.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would usually have a hard time with the platform and the ease of being able to list those out if I'm in an area. I would like it better if when I'm in an area, Badger Maps could just tell me everyone around who does cosmetic surgery or liposuction. If it could populate that into a quick list based on the specific zip code in order, that would be helpful. So I could go from Stop 1, Stop 2, Stop 3 in a list on that day. I also really need the ability to weed out any reconstructive plastic surgeons or plastic surgeons owned by a hospital system or a larger health system.

Badger Maps helps me find new practices or doctors doing liposuction, saving me time by eliminating manual searches on Google. I like its visual map and the ability to search by specific procedures like liposuction or cosmetic surgery.

the platform's functionality was everything it promised, and the ability to create routes quickly was efficient. I may have not experienced the system to its fullest potential as the Badger account manager I spoke with initially had not reached out again to offer any further training/check ins.

What do you dislike about the product?

My review would be that this is a great concept for territory reps, the mobile app but a bit tough to navigate at first, but its been a few months since I have gone in there and used it so it may have improved since then. It felt like there wasn't a natural flow or prompt for new users or in general, like the app tells me the next step, especially if travelling and not thinking about information that needs to be collected such as notes, photos, follow-ups.

I'm often forgetful with so many apps that I use for my job that this one was.. Unmemorable? With AI taking over everything, it is hard not to get lost in the shuffle. Perhaps if there were more check-ins from Badger with friendly tips to try or asking how my experience was throughout the year, it may have triggered me to use the platform more.

I like the ability to customize forms. I also really like how simple the navigation is to create routes using the map. Applying filters and being able to color code makes it simple to prioritize accounts.

I really don’t dislike anything. I have no constructive feedback at all

I am a visual person and trying to plan a route based only on addresses listed on a spreadsheet was taking a lot of time and effort. Being able to color code my accounts by spend and then using the lasso tool to populate a list then optimize is very streamlined and quick!
