Effortless Routing, Needs Zone Accuracy
What do you like best about the product?
I like being able to save the homes into the accounts and then just being able to look them up. It solves not having to take care of routing them personally. The initial setup was fairly easy. Using Badger Maps is very timely, and I also like that I can rate it a 10 on a recommendation scale.
What do you dislike about the product?
In one of our zones, it doesn't find the homes properly or route them in the way that all other zones do.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger Maps handles routing for our teams, saving us from doing it manually. It's timely and allows me to save homes into accounts for easy lookup.
Intuitive and Essential for Route Management
What do you like best about the product?
I find Badger Maps easy to use and very intuitive for my needs. I frequently use the lasso feature when creating new territories every fall. Importing my excel spreadsheets was straightforward and easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing - very happy for what i was using if for.

Badger Maps visually shows territory coverage and helps me know which route new customers will go on.
Facilitate Lead Management in the workplace
What do you like best about the product?
I like the ease with which a map can be created. I especially value the ability to quickly create a route and head out into the field to look for new prospects, which allows me to use my time better. Even though I haven't fully learned how to use Badger Maps yet, I find it quite simple and effective.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think it's not working very well for me. The way I can classify and revisit or schedule the appointment, the app gets stuck a lot on the phone, and sometimes I can't make it run smoothly, I have to restart the app.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Badger Maps simplifies my work by locating points on my local map, making the process more efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?
In my new job, I have about 150 accounts. The annual membership is more difficult to justify. A special price based on the number of accounts would be needed. I will use the application for a few months during the year (monthly subscription).

Time, logistics, and worry savings. The data is reliable (e.g., travel time)
Simplifies Route Planning, Excellent Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
I really like the customer service of Badger Maps and the simplicity of adding new accounts. It helps me reduce decision fatigue by keeping track of accounts and figuring out where I should go next. It also helps me keep track of when I last spoke with a merchant.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the communication between the mobile app and online could be improved. Some things work better on mobile, whereas you have to do a couple of things online. Syncing them up and making them the same or making it very clear would be helpful.

I use Badger Maps for keeping track of accounts and reducing decision fatigue, helping me know where to go next and when I last spoke with a merchant.
Very Helpful Mapping Tool with Top-Notch Customer Service
What do you like best about the product?
The mapping tool is very helpful. Additionally, the customer service, support, and response time is top knotch.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is difficult to color coordinate the locations that are mapped. I also was not able to create a route with just the newly imported addresses, and instead had to search them. Additionally, You cannot view your invoices or receive a monthly copy of charges automatically.

Helps show multiple locations on one map and creates an efficient route that saves sales reps time and the company money.
Intuitive and Efficient Sales Route Planner
What do you like best about the product?
I like Badger Maps for its easy, intuitive interface that feels like Google Maps meets a CRM. It's a lightweight tool that does exactly what it needs to without trying to be a big enterprise CRM/ERP. The initial setup was very easy, which I appreciate.
What do you dislike about the product?
Because it's simple, there's a few things that would be nice to be able to customize. More ability for custom fields in customer/prospect files.

Badger Maps helps maximize the number of prospects I visit with limited time, thanks to its easy, intuitive interface and lightweight design that feels like Google Maps meets a CRM.
Effortless Client & Territory Management Across Multiple Databases
What do you like best about the product?
Organizing multiple databases and customers to efficiently visit and communicate with clients. It also helps to manage territories with multiples sales reps.

Limited abilities of the CRM, although you can link with another CRM with more capabilities.

Responsive Support and Smart Routing Enhance Sales Planning
What do you like best about the product?
I really appreciate how the customer service representatives respond rapidly and provide educated responses, especially during the initial setup of Badger Maps. Their quick responses save valuable work time for me. I also like the way Badger Maps works, especially the automatic route feature that gives me an optimum route without having to figure it out myself.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is nothing I dislike about Badger Maps. It meets or exceeds my expectations in every category.

Badger Maps helps with logistics and planning sales trips, providing an automatic optimal route and quick customer service responses, saving me time.
Badger Maps helps our Boy Scouts be successful in our fund raising efforts.
What do you like best about the product?
We are a small Boy Scout Troop in Auburn, Maine that uses Badger Maps once a year for our annual Christmas Tree recycling program. There is no other mapping program that is as easy to use and as accurate in the routes that are created. If I had a business that required mapping routes, I would only use Badger Maps. When I first used the program, years ago, support was responsive and helpful.

For the limited time that I require Badger Maps I have not developed any dislikes.
