Super Organized, Could Use Backdating Feature
What do you like best about the product?
How organized everything is! It is very user friendly.

Wish I could back date some information specific to my account.

It helps me be able to visualize where my routes are or should be. Keep track of where everything is and allow me to map my days with ease.
Straightforward Setup, Boosts Productivity Despite Navigation Hiccups
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate how straightforward the setup process with Badger Maps was. Everything, from associating with required categories to uploading data, was seamless and hassle-free. I also love the ability to see all of my accounts visually on the map, which significantly aids my daily planning. This feature has been incredibly helpful, allowing me to organize and plan my schedule effectively around my various accounts. Furthermore, Badger Maps has enhanced my productivity and brought simplicity to my workspace, which are key factors that make me consider repurchasing the service. The contribution of these aspects to improving my work efficiency is significant, which is why I would confidently recommend Badger Maps to others, rating my likelihood of recommendation as a perfect 10.
What do you dislike about the product?
I have noticed that Badger Maps doesn't always provide the exact navigation directions to the customer locations. When I press navigate, it sometimes only takes me somewhere near the exact address rather than precisely where I need to be. Additionally, I would like the ability to color code my pinpoints, as this feature would help further organize my map and improve my planning efficiency.

I use Badger Maps to see all my accounts on a map and plan my day efficiently, which simplifies my work and boosts productivity.
Essential Tool with Easy Setup and Great Support
What do you like best about the product?
I love the easy setup process with Badger Maps, and the staff was super helpful in getting me started. The real-time account map is incredibly useful, allowing me to see my accounts at a glance and use color coordination for easy tracking. It helps me find my accounts and new prospects easily, optimizing my time in the field. Additionally, I find it to be a great daily planning tool for my sales role, which keeps my work organized and efficient.
What do you dislike about the product?
I encountered a technical difficulty during the day of my demo, which was a bit inconvenient. Additionally, I would prefer if the software could display distances in kilometers instead of miles to better cater to Canadian users like myself.

I use Badger Maps to easily find accounts and new prospects in the field, enhancing my time management and planning efficiency as a sales rep.
The must have tool for Business Travel
What do you like best about the product?
So easy to create, manage, and navigate through all the accounts. Does a great job with always keeping accurate time, especially when you know how have hard set meetings with certain meeting times.
What do you dislike about the product?
I don't have any real negatives!!!!!!!!!

Just setting an optimized flow between multiple meetings and making sure i get there on time.

How simple it was to use. I also liked the ability to add accounts by providing a spreadsheet with the information needed and they do all the leg work for you.
What do you dislike about the product?
Only thing I could think of would be the cost for a single user as I paid for this out of pocket as I was only able to get a some of my old jobs to pay for it.

This tool helps you stay organized and work efficiently. It also offers a wide range of customizable fields to suit your needs.

There are no downsides to this. It is entirely useful and essential for anyone aiming to be proficient in their field.

Game changing route optimizer
What do you like best about the product?
Badger Maps offers a solid CRM experience, but what really stands out are its impressive mapping and routing capabilities. The amount I save on fuel alone makes it well worth the investment.
What do you dislike about the product?
The route optimizer does not consider appointment times when planning routes.

CRM and route optimization.
Great Software, Great support, I honestly think this is an amazing tool for any field sales
What do you like best about the product?
I used google maps before, and when i say this is SOOOOO much better and just a world above other mapping tools. Thier are a lot of different features i like about this solution. The visual aspect of the map, the ability to optimize your drive, the weekly recap notes, the ability to add notes. the ability to save routes, which makes things super easier.
Customer support is amazing, they reach out, they are easy to get ahold of, they are normal, realistic team players. I hands down love the team and support. When it comes to getting setup that make implementation super easy and will provide support to help you get your fields and list set up.
Another amazing feature, is the ability to track your drive, so when i was dropping an acct, i could quickly pull up the map and see what other accts i have near by, and simple add notes. And then to have those notes emailed to me at the end of each week was awesome. It made it easy to show my leadership all the accts i hit and notes i had on each for next steps.

What do you dislike about the product?
The cost, i dont think its crazy but its too much for me based on how much im using it and not being able to expense it. I also think the app is great! but i do think their could be slight tweaks to make navigating it easier, maybe better filtering tools, and different ways to import lists with different fields for better filtering.

Route planning was huge! I used this to optimize the best route to do drops, i also used it to find companies nearby when i was in an area i wasnt familiar with.
Trip mapping
What do you like best about the product?
That I can add all my account in there and set up routes for each city I will be traveling to and I can sort them to get me the best route
What do you dislike about the product?
I have not found a down side yet of using Badger yet.
