Badger Maps: Routing, Mapping & Territory Management for Outside Sales

What do you like best about the product?

I use Badger Maps because it helps me have an efficient route for visiting customers and keeps me organized and on track for where I'm going. I like that it's easy to use on my iPad and iPhone, and it's user-friendly. I also appreciate the system in general. It's just easy to use, and I've had it for years. The initial setup was very easy, although it just took some time to enter all my accounts. I can't think of anything I dislike about Badger Maps; I like everything about it.

I don’t dislike any of it.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

I use Badger Maps to stay organized and efficient in the field, planning customer visits with ease. It's user-friendly on my iPad and iPhone, and helps me keep on track flawlessly.

What do you like best about the product?

Optimizing routes and quick ability to search prospects.

I don't have any dislikes at this time to share.

Increases my efficiency but speeding up the route planning process.

The easy interface and customer service. I liked how easy the app was to use and any time I had a question customer service was quick to help.

Really nothing was negative. Everything I used was great.

My route was the biggest thing! I would visit 250 to 300 stops a day and would have been lost without the routing aspect.

What do you like best about the product?

What I like most is the nice visual of the map. I like being able to set places, search by liposuction or cosmetic surgery, and look at a visualization on a map. It saves me time because instead of going on to Google and looking for a certain area, Badger Maps eliminates that extra step.

What do you dislike about the product?

I would usually have a hard time with the platform and the ease of being able to list those out if I'm in an area. I would like it better if when I'm in an area, Badger Maps could just tell me everyone around who does cosmetic surgery or liposuction. If it could populate that into a quick list based on the specific zip code in order, that would be helpful. So I could go from Stop 1, Stop 2, Stop 3 in a list on that day. I also really need the ability to weed out any reconstructive plastic surgeons or plastic surgeons owned by a hospital system or a larger health system.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?

Badger Maps helps me find new practices or doctors doing liposuction, saving me time by eliminating manual searches on Google. I like its visual map and the ability to search by specific procedures like liposuction or cosmetic surgery.

What do you like best about the product?

the platform's functionality was everything it promised, and the ability to create routes quickly was efficient. I may have not experienced the system to its fullest potential as the Badger account manager I spoke with initially had not reached out again to offer any further training/check ins.

What do you dislike about the product?

My review would be that this is a great concept for territory reps, the mobile app but a bit tough to navigate at first, but its been a few months since I have gone in there and used it so it may have improved since then. It felt like there wasn't a natural flow or prompt for new users or in general, like the app tells me the next step, especially if travelling and not thinking about information that needs to be collected such as notes, photos, follow-ups.

I'm often forgetful with so many apps that I use for my job that this one was.. Unmemorable? With AI taking over everything, it is hard not to get lost in the shuffle. Perhaps if there were more check-ins from Badger with friendly tips to try or asking how my experience was throughout the year, it may have triggered me to use the platform more.

I like the ability to customize forms. I also really like how simple the navigation is to create routes using the map. Applying filters and being able to color code makes it simple to prioritize accounts.

I really don’t dislike anything. I have no constructive feedback at all

I am a visual person and trying to plan a route based only on addresses listed on a spreadsheet was taking a lot of time and effort. Being able to color code my accounts by spend and then using the lasso tool to populate a list then optimize is very streamlined and quick!

I really like how visual and user-friendly Badger Maps is. Everything is easy to understand at a glance, which makes using the platform simple and efficient.

What do you dislike about the product?

I’d love to see more AI-powered follow-up features. After checking in, a prompt could ask when to follow up—1, 3, 6 months, or a custom date—and then display upcoming and past-due follow-ups directly on the map.

Badger Maps keeps me organized and helps ensure I stay in contact with every account without missing important follow-ups.

it would be better for me to be able to import last sales information vs having to input. More customer information fields. IE a place to import most recent sales
