Saves me so much windshield time!
What do you like best about the product?
I like the provided optimized routing so I can efficiently use my time more wisely.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could set my first stop and then optimize travel for the remaining stops. It currently optimizes all stops no matter if I want to set certain ones at certain times.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Wasting my time manually optimizing my travel in google maps.
Awesome program to use, easy and really helpful!!!!

Easy to input addresses. My use is mostly truck routing; it helps to use the map to route everything.

Nothing program works great program and technical staff are very helpful

Truck routing is my primary use, and it's very benefitting and helpful.

What do you like best about the product?
SIMPLE, EFFECTIVE, AND CUSTOMER SUPPORT. GREAT SOFTWARE. EASY TO USE ON MANY PLATFORMS. GREAT FOR OPTIMIZING ROUTES AND NOTE TAKING. I DIDN'T FIND ANYTHING THAT WORKS AS WELL.
What do you dislike about the product?
I WISH IT WOULD INTERGRATE WITH OUR CURRENT CRM EASIER. EVERYTHING WORKS AS I WOULD EXPECT WITHOUT SUPRISES. I UNDERSTAND IT'S ROLE AND I DON'T NEED IT TO DO ANYTHING ELSE.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
NONE AT THIS TIME. SOFTWARE PERFORMS AS NEEDED. I DEFIENTLY NOTICE MORE CONTACTS ON SOME SMALL ACCOUNTS THAT WOULD HAVE BEEN MISSED. THIS HAS INCREASED PERFOMANCE.
Recommendations to others considering the product:
I WOULD RECOMMEND FOR ENSURING CUSTOMER CONTACT AND LOCATION AS WELL AS NOTES AND MEETING INFORMATION.

The phone app seems to be lacking as far as ease of use.

I have a sales team of 5 salespeople. With Badger, I am able to track their visits to see if the growth or losses corresponds with the information given.
Perfect solution for a mass update world wide on equipment.
What do you like best about the product?
Badger Maps was perfect for my needs. We had an update that was required on machinery all over the world. I was able to log the location of each machine, the details of the machines and contact information for the operator. From there we could create check-ins as each machine was updated. Route planning was a breeze, just circle all the stops (machines) that i wanted to reach in one trip and badger would create a route for me.
What do you dislike about the product?
Finding specific attractions I.E. hotels or restaurants was not ideal on this mapping software but that's not what we used this for. Switch to an alternative GPS software (google maps) to find hotels and restaurants as that's what we normal use for that anyway.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Keeping track of all customers and requirements in one place. We used this for a specific job, and without this software, it would have been very difficult to keep everything organized. Going forward this is the perfect tool for a salesperson to keep track of their entire clientele. Log when you last dropped in at the client, and keep track of any requirements specific to each client. Very customizable, so if you need a specific solution, Badger maps will make it work for you.

I'm very satisfied with the app. For our use, there is nothing I dislike. There are glitches once in a while like any other application but support is responsive and effective.

What do you like best about the product?
Badger does a great job of allowing reps to create routes for current and future use. As a manager, it allows us to review how they are spending their time

No way to enter sales in Badger. Not able to link to our POS

It is very easy to work with and it makes my driving more efficient which in the long run helps me save more time and gas money. I will have this subscription for a very long time.
What do you dislike about the product?
It is a little bit spendy for $60 a month and it would be nice to have military discount maybe. It is a little outdated. The phone app should be a little bit more effiecient

I have cut off a lot of drive time using this program, and save a lot of time and money. It is a very efficent software. It is nice to have the meeting times input.

What do you like best about the product?
I enjoy having customized fields that allow me to filter the specific details that I'm looking for. The lasso tool and "days since last visit" are my favorite way to sort what accounts need attention.
All I need to do is create a route with my results and Badger optimizes it saving tons of time and money.

What do you dislike about the product?
Not necessarily a dislike, but it would be nice to have Badger and Less Annoying CRM integrated. We love working with both companies.
I would also like to be able to place specific events ie a lunch or meeting at a defined time and be able to optimize my route around that interaction.

Not having to spend hours sifting through accounts and creating my own routes. We are also able to begin seeing some of the patterns that we make with our visits that otherwise we were not able to do.
