Great resource and a must have for territory management...
What do you like best about the product?
The routing tools and mapping visuals are great. Locating new prospective accounts and keeping notes including photos is very helpful to document information collected on the sales call quickly while fresh on your mind. Simple to learn and simple to use. Saves time traveling to all the stops efficiently. Creates an account in under a minute with all pertinent information and including location that you can set by selecting current location rather than typing it out. I use it daily to save all this and track my visits. You can easily look at previous notes, so you walk in with confidence ready to call the client by their name! Customer support is always great. They reach out to me more than I reach out to them. It's refreshing.
What do you dislike about the product?
I really don't have any complaints. I hear they are working on bringing more "CRM" features which will be nice. But again, I know what I am paying for, and the routing and account data with notes is worth the $$ every month. Time is my most valuable commodity. This helps save it for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Time. It is my most valuable commodity. Efficiency is something I strive to increase at any given opportunity. It's also nice to know where you are going, and how you're going to get there :) So the routing and prospect locating tools are awesome.
Michael was extremely helpful. He asked questioned so he understood how I needed to use the app.

This is still new to me but there is so much information it will provide for my business.

At this time, I don't have one. I'm just learning the system .

More time with a customer and less time traveling. Organization and finding new customers.

Very simple to use. Can build routes and optimize in seconds.Importing data is as easy as 123. I use this for my entire business.

There is nothing that I dislike about Badger maps thus far. Loyal Customer for 4 years

Keeping track of accounts & leads
I've used Badger for 8 years at 3 companies and have always found it intuitive and easy to use.
What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is how fast I can organize my routes and easily find new prospects and add them to routes. Organizing accounts with my own custom categories has been useful too. Customer support is very quick to respond and helpful in removing and hurdles to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Perhaps in the future it might be nice to have a calendar feature where I can pre-schedule check-ins.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The biggest time suck for those in field sales is inefficient routes which Badger makes extremely easy and so fast!

The customer support. You guys are so friendly and helpful.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing bad to say. If I could make one request it would be to also make the account name highlight the same color whether the lead is hot or cold I think it would be a nice function.

What do you like best about the product?
colorcoding zipcodes and filters, reports for checkins that you can use to track routing and submit by copy and paste for weekly reports.
What do you dislike about the product?
no downsides I can think of, except cost maybe? I will be paying out of pocket $69 a month, but that's not that unreasonable really.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
organizes my entire territory of 3 states in 3 seconds with zipcode color coding and filters that are color coded. It makes me very efficient!
Excellent Routing!
What do you like best about the product?
I've loved my experience with Badger Maps! The routing is excellent and helped make our project east and efficient. Even better, the customer service team is quick, helpful, and goes the extra mile. 10/10!
What do you dislike about the product?
I would love to see the ability to add custom fields to PDF walk sheets in the future!
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Efficient route planning when visiting various project sites.
Onboarding was quick and painless
What do you like best about the product?
I appreciate the user interface is easy and intuitive, which made the ease of implementing quick. I like the lasso routing tool and the ability to easily save and add to routes I've created. The support is great which I always appreciate having quick help if I get stuck.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some things took a bit more time for me to get used to, like adding accounts while on the road in order to check them in. It's easy now that I know how but I imagine the process can be improved by allowing one to add an account via the route itself to make it quicker to check in.

Badger allows me to upload my prospect list and easily make efficient routes. This helps me reach more people in a day.
Truly outstanding product & customer service !!
What do you like best about the product?
The team at Badger is just outstanding. EVERY time I've run into an issue importing leads or using the software I send an email for help, and within 1 hour they've always got back top me. On top of that, they're answering and responding to emails at 1030pm at night, and ~7am in the morning. You never see that with software/tech companies. This tool has saved me hundreds of hours I would've otherwise spent bumbling through and designing sales routes. It paid for itself - for the year - within the first month! Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Nothing sticks out to me. I really love the product.

Badger is saving me TONS of time, energy and effort. It literally helps make me the best use of my time!
