Really enjoying this tool!
What do you like best about the product?
This has proven to be a great tool to quickly and easily create training videos based off policies and procedures for our teams without taking a bunch of staff time and energy. It was easy to get started with, the few questions I did have were answered promptly by friendly support staff, and the videos are self-hosted and/or easy to download depending on your needs.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish the personal avatars had the ability to eliminate the background similary to the avatars included with the product and/or the ability to correct a stray hair ;)

At this point, mostly creating training videos

What do you like best about the product?
I love the ease of recording your own avatar and writing and editing the scripts. I also like the publishing function so you don't have to download the videos and find your own way to share.

It is too bad that you don't get the different language versions untill you are at a enterprise level.

Language barriers in explaining complex packaging assembly.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use and worth the value in my opinion and compared to what is out there right now. Good customer support as well.

Some of the avatars mouth movements are off a little.

What do you like best about the product?
The variety of options is impressive. It's easy to use - even with limited editing experience. Customer support was fantatstic once i'd made it through to a human. Video generates quickly. Overall quality of the tool is like nothing else i've tried.
What do you dislike about the product?
It talks alot about the different accents avilable - however it took for me to ask customer services to finally work out how to chnage the accent of my avatar. There are lots of videos to tell you what to do but it was this one aspect which I couldn't find out how to change.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
No one on our team wants to be infront of a camera. We needed a profesional and elequent presentation to talk through our product benefits.

What do you like best about the product?
The new lifelike avatars with Synthesia are amazing. The cost of recording videos for us has been massively reduced. They used to look wooden, now they are hard to distinguish from real people.
On screen text has also become a lot easier to manage, and multi language is now a breeze.
We looked at sythesia a few years ago and didn't go for it, now we couldn't be without it.
Keep up the improvements Synthesia, if you keep making leaps forward like this you will be the number one go to site!

What do you dislike about the product?
Some mistakes can require a re-render costing us from our monthly minutes.
Full body view still looks very wooden.
Can't have two or more characters on screen interacting.

Fast re-recording to create custom videos for clients. Previouly booking actors, studio and editing time was long and drawn out (and expensive) - this is so cheap compared to what we did.

Great product with easy to use interface. The new Avatars with expressions is excellent.

Voices sometimes lag when starting a new slide.

What do you dislike about the product?
Sometimes the avatars generated by Synthesia have weird quirks when they reset (switch from talking into a pause or a scene break). Having to delete the old video and re-generate uses too many of my monthly minutes (though Synthesia support is quick to credit the minutes back when I let them know about it).

Synthesia makes my online training content easy to generate and keep to up date.

Synthesia is a game-changer. Loved the fact that they now allow us to create personal avatars with voice-cloning capabilities, enabling us to create content more efficiently and allow us to focus on more productive tasks.

Their dashboard is a bit confusing to navigate.
