Amazing to create and share
What do you like best about the product?
The ease in which to create the video, add the script, edit when needed, and add diction when necessary.
What do you dislike about the product?
The closed captioning is quite large and interferes with the template view. This can be managed, but it would be nice if I had more control.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I can quickly put out videos with high quality audio and turn around and edit it just as fast. The quality of the video makes it look like it is professionally done on an education budget. I am saving tons of money and making it look like we spent tons!

What do you like best about the product?
All Platform: It's a great experience that helps me achieve a dream I have been waiting for a long time. THANK YOU. All avatars and backgrounds help make everything really simple. The customer support is extraordinary. It's really easy to implement. I use it every day. The number of features is more than enough. It's very easy to integrate. I'm very delighted!

Maybe the voice sounds very robotic yet... a little

Avoid my pressure of making videos and forgetting the lines. Help me share my information with a high level of detail.

What do you like best about the product?
I like the diversity of tools, ease of use , and the great fuidity of the voices, as a native spanish speaker I love the natural feeling of Synthesia coices.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wold like to have an advaced users panel, were yoou could have in deeepth seetings or avatars generation tool.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It solves long production times of content that has a mere purpose of comunicate concrete messages, also is a great tool for platforms and apps tutorials
Easy and it gets me
What do you like best about the product?
I love the fact that you can put an idea in and it can help you generate content. It is so easy to make changes with imagery, avatars, and text. I also love the fact that there is a pronounciation tool to allow you to correct how a word or name is said. A great tool to add to my toolkit.
What do you dislike about the product?
It took a little to learn how to navigate, but once I did it has become a breeze.

The ability to make short videos to engage my audience beyond the written word.

One area for improvement is the ability to add our company logo to the shirt of the avatar. This would enhance brand representation and make the videos more personalized.

Synthesia drastically reduces the time needed to create professional videos. With its AI-powered platform, we can produce high-quality videos in minutes, freeing up valuable time for other tasks.
Continuous upgrades and features
What do you like best about the product?
I love the ability to easily create videos that are engaging and fun to watch. Their AI Script Generator gives me a first draft, so I can take it from there. The AI Assistant allows me to create a video of my blogs within minutes, and I love how I can add gestures to make my avatars just a little more lifelike. We just had an avatar picking party, and now every member of my firm has their own AI Avatar so our videos are all a bit different.
What do you dislike about the product?
I wish I could preview facial movements before publishing.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
An easy and fast way to create videos. From script writing to publishing, I can whip something out very quickly.
Quick Effecient and Professional
What do you like best about the product?
Professional looking content, easy to customise, and plenty of options, allow the user to exercise the creative 'talent'! The customer support is fast, friendly and easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing I can think of at the moment, I have not come across something I can't solve and a feature I wish it had.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Adding variety to my content at a reasonable cost. I can introduce content, use it for trailers and intro/outro to showreels. Moves content to a new level

Language translations for multiple languages. We operate in four countires so this simplifies our preocess.

Video editing is nevery easy. Some of the templates are hard to integrate.

One of the things I really appreciate about Synthesia is the variety of customizable avatars and voice options it offers. It’s great to have so much flexibility to create videos that truly feel personalized and professional. The AI technology behind the scenes does an impressive job, making sure the videos look fantastic and communicate messages clearly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
occasionally the visual components can freeze or lag, which can be a bit disruptive. Despite this minor issue, the overall experience has been positive, and the benefits of the platform outweigh these occasional glitches.

Less time on onboarding for Customer Service, interactive presentations
I love the new AI functionality. It is quite amazing.
What do you like best about the product?
Rather than a boring Powerpoint with a voice over. AI made them into a professional education video that was engaging and informative. It showcased the tools that I hadnt learned yet as well andrapidly upskilled my other videos. I actually went back to old projects and remade them as it was so much better. Very simple.
What do you dislike about the product?
Steep learning curve but thats only because it does so much and you need to rethink how you do learning modules with all of this new functionality. Time to level up your skillset

online learning modules. Rather than filming and editing and outsourcing we can create this all in house and update as needed.
