Regularly using Synthesia for Presentations
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is very user friendly. The video tutorials are easily acessable, clear and effective. I like the large number of choices for avatars and voices. Updating presentations is quick and easy and makes for a very efficient experience.
What do you dislike about the product?
Having to generate the video each time you make a change is a little inefficient. Being able to hear the voice of the avatar is helpful, but it would be much more effective if you could see the avatar speak as well.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Using Synthesia is efficient, It eliminates errors that can happen when humans present, the presentation is impressive and shows that as a company we are embracing and adopting AI in the "right" ways.

Not a thing. Tey're always there for me.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia allows e to prodice content for me oline course quickly, professionally and with minimum expense. As well, they're always looking to improve.

Would like more expressive avatars to choose from. Already on the business account so I would have expected more

I like how easy it is to create professional-quality videos and the massive time saved using Synthesia.

There should be more minutes available. The Enterprise plan is too expensive for most small businesses and course creators.

Huge time saver. I am enabling my small consulting business to deliver quality videos quickly and affordably.

I absolutely love the expressions of the avatar. The AI feature is the best I have experienced so far.

While I have not yet found anything that I dislike about Synthesia, I would appreciate more expressive avatars.

We are striving to create high quality video content for each and every product implementation. We believe Synthesia provides the efficiency and quality that we need to meet our informational and training goals.
Nothing like it
What do you like best about the product?
In DR Congo, there is an urgent need to teach and train people on productivity skills, languages or persuasive speeches. Synthesia is allowing me to create an impressive coursework that would benefit my future clients. The ease of use, the diversity of avatars and languages (tones, accents) is incredibly groundbreaking.
What do you dislike about the product?
The time limit on the plan I am on (30 minutes), the types of presentations available, the fact that the avatars are not expressive while you test it.

Multiple people to present my courses, explaining certain lessons and cost.
Is very simple to use
What do you like best about the product?
In a few steps, you will have an idea turned into a video with emotions (limited). Is pretty hard to record dialogues but with Synthesia is easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not sure about the amount of minutes in the plans seems that could be less than a normal company needs

Takes too much time to create a video without templates you can create a video from scratch easily.

The speed in which you can get a very compelling message across on a video format
What do you dislike about the product?
No human support, or at least not easy to speak to someone. Lipsync always seems to be a problem

Moved away from animations and power point decks for promotion of products and inhouse training

I liked the ease of use and the similarities between PowerPoint and Adobe video products.

It's a bit clunky on the animation side.

Easy to key frame and the new expressions help.

What do you like best about the product?
What I like most is the versatile selection of avatars and voices. As well as easy handling of image editing and many possibilities of design and animation adjustment.
What do you dislike about the product?
Improvement would be the updating of some voices and pronunciation of these voices. In addition, I don't think the new marker setting system is so good and found it easier to use before. Before, you could just set the markers/animations without connecting them with words. I would also like it if there were more possibilities for designing. For example, different levels that are displayed to you. I would find it very helpful if there was a kind of dictionary in which the pronunciation of the words is stored and you don't have to correct it in every video.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Constant updates actually solve many problems.
