Great asset but still room for improvement
What do you like best about the product?
Getting videos out quickly with minimum effort
What do you dislike about the product?
Less automations. Creating customized charts, diagrams, etc. takes a lot of time. Limited template options.

Creating videos for Awareness quick and easy

Love the ease of use for creating new videos. Very easy for non technical staff to use.

Kind of pricey for what it does. But one of the better products out there.

What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself, but also the responsiveness of the support and the quality of the support. Easy implementation because it is easy to use and there for quickly to setup and to start generate content.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would like to be a bit more in control of what i do, what i create and what i am able to do.
If Voice-Cloning was supported in the Creator subscription, it would be already a bigggg plus. Besides this the tool is not ready yet for us to use.
Therefor i stopped the paid subscription because i want to wait for the tool to become useable for us as SaaS company.

Time and updating excisting content is way faster.

It's different, unique and relatively easy.
What do you dislike about the product?
The cost is a bit too high in my view. And the time to generate is far too long.

What do you like best about the product?
It is easy to use. There are many avatars to select from, and the language quality is good. In my video, my avatar needs to speak both English and Mandarin. I have tried several video-making tools, but all other tools could only generate super robotic Chinese voices. However, Synthesia provides a fluent and natural Mandarin accent.
What do you dislike about the product?
1. I hope to use the same avator all the time, but I hope to change the costume and hair style of my avator. I have not figured out how to do it yet.
2. When the avator mostly speak Mandarin, if the script contains some English words, the speaking speed for the English words are too fast, not clear enough.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am a good content creator but I do not have the look and voice of an influencer. Synthesia helps me to overcome some of my disadvantages.
It was a great experience creating videos but extraorinary support as well.
What do you like best about the product?
Creative Possibilities and great support. I like the easy to use software and the speed new videos could be implemented in the communications for dustomers. Easy to implement. We could use it more often. I told you about extraordinary customer support. I really do like the integration in other processes.

The rendering costs are high and the amount of rendering minites low; the prices for enterprises are very high. Rendering of mobile phone screenvideos seems to be problematiccaly, not good.

time to delivery is extremly short. And its easy. No extra script, hands-on and very forward.

What I like best about Synthesia is its intuitive interface, rapid video creation process, one-click translation feature, template creation capabilities, and the ability to use personal avatars. Additionally, I appreciate its high frequency of use, ease of integration, and innovative features.
What do you dislike about the product?
I dislike that the personal avatar previously had a fixed background with no transparency, but this issue is not critical.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia solves several problems for us: it allows for easy translation of our onboarding, consulting, and training videos; it provides a faster way to produce promotional service videos; it facilitates internal collaboration to ensure content accuracy; and it makes updating video content simple without the need to refilm the entire video.

The price. I would like to have more avatars.

I wasn't aware of the background when I was creating my Avatar. I thought the background would be white after the Synthesia edition. During my chat, the AI told me the only option was to upgrade my plan, and I couldn't afford it. So, I was redirected to an assistant, Maurice, who was proactive and told me that he could delete the first one and redo it. It was what I needed.

Is very cost effective, easy to use, to integrate and the benefit of using Synthesia is quite obviuos!

The font can not be animanted as typewriter.

Is saving us a lot of money and time!
I am completing a free trial & will definitely be purchasing. The tool is easy to use and flexible.

The product is intuitive and producea high quality videos.

NA, I have not had an issues yet. The tool is wasy and the support documentation is thorough.

We used to have to hold expensive media shoots. While this does not completely remove that need, it shortens the sessions and reduces cost.
