A revolutionary way to create videos
What do you like best about the product?
My favourite thing about Synthesia is how easy it is to use it and yet how amazing are the results.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the AI for the script is still not at its best, but I can't complain about that.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It allows me to sell marketing videos for my clients and it also serve as a support in my courses.
More engaging than Powerpoint presentations
What do you like best about the product?
I like the simplicity of the interface. Of course the emotion in the new avatars is a game changer. It is also very useful that it is possible to quickly localise the projects and use different accents.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'm not aware of any comporable competitor to compare. So without being too harsh, it would be nice to have avatars that have walk cycles and could be viewed from different directions. I can imagine that with some kind of 3D environment generator, or just using video as a layer it would be possible have some nice variety to scenes.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
People are not engaging with power points particularily well. Synthesia currently gives a good impresion of the company and it gives investors confidence that we are taking the business seriously.

What do you like best about the product?
The user interface is fantastic. It's easy to get to know your way around it and the more powerful features are highlighted clearly. The new expressive avatars are light years ahead of where they were when I first started using the service and it's been great to see the progress that's been made. Customer support is good, I haven't needed to make use of it that much but it's been prompt when I did.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only real criticism I have is that there are still some words, in some voices that it's difficult to get pronounced properly. Some more work on pronounciation tools would be really helpful. Also, when pasting text into slides, a "Paste and match style" feature would be useful as sometimes pasted text initially comes in looking very small and needs correcting. Really these are small issues and very easy to live with.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia helps us to create lesson content for learners, making what would otherwise be a long piece of reading into a much more engaging bit of content, helping those with more visual learning preferences.

What do you like best about the product?
Syntesia allows you to make videos in a personalized way, with extremely high quality, unparalleled realism, and increasingly diverse options to achieve that connection with the viewer, almost in a human and real way. Congratulations👏🎉👏 and I highly recommend it.

It requires a learning curve to achieve the best results. I think it can be even more intuitive.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is a platform that greatly benefits communication management in companies and helps convey messages impeccably. What I would like is for us to have even more intuitive options and especially the possibility of diverse exportation of video results.

Our company did not have a department to generate videos. I work with the Training Academy department, delivering training to internal users and clients.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is very intuitive and advanced. The new avatars are very close to what a human look and act like. And the fact that it's still improving is amazing

One of the downsides is that Avatars are only available in frontal perspective. I would love different angles, such as profiles of avatars, so that I can simulate dialogues better

Best AI Video Gen tool
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia makes it easy for me to create professional-looking videos quickly using features like voice cloning, diverse avatars and realistic voice synthesis.
What do you dislike about the product?
Maybe the cost could be more affordable.

The app is great but Sales team is uncontactable
What do you like best about the product?
The tool itself is a game changer and provides a Slide-like to make the video with a very natural voice. It is easy to edit the video and choose different avatar
What do you dislike about the product?
The sales team is uncontactable. We have been using the platform for a while, but due to the usage restriction for the current subscription tier, we want to upgrade to the Enterprise Tier. A few other colleges and I have tried to book a demo and write emails several times, but in the end, there was no communication.
So we have no option as we need to use a video synthesis platform to expand our work, so we go with an alternative platform.

Excellent value for money and service
What do you like best about the product?
Their customer service are REAL HUMAN HELPERS! The system itself is smooth and powerful, and really we depend on it for everything video. It's easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
That sometimes voices get removed, and when updating the video we cannot use that very voice (Australian English).

Gamechanger
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is easy to use. If I'm not sure how to do something, there are tutorials that I can watch to brush up on my skills. I can take information from a boring PowerPoint and turn it into an interesting video! Since starting to use the software, I use it everyday.
What do you dislike about the product?
Not much to dislike! Would like shorter processing time... but it isn't that bad of a wait.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am able to create videos that will act as training for new hires, as well as refresher training for seasoned colleagues. If anything changes, I don't have to record another video, I can simply change a script.
