A real pro company
What do you like best about the product?
The tools, support and the adaptability.
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing comes to mind. We simply love it.

Having to keep recording our message, so much easier with a lifelike Avatar.

It's easy to use and makes great quality videos.

There are still not too many templates available to chooses from.

Marketing material and educational videos
At first, it's a bit "scary" to know that they are not real people. Excellent tool.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of creating professional videos of good quality and the possibility of translating them with one click.
What do you dislike about the product?
It would be very useful to be able to apply zoom to enlarge the video editor screen. Improve the phonetics when speaking in a language other than English and pronouncing an English word or brand.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I think the translation of this question into Spanish is not good. I understand that they are asking about the problems that Synthesia solves. If so, it greatly speeds up the production of instructional or promotional videos with the advantage of being able to translate into several languages. Moreover, updating the videos in the future is super easy. With other modes of production, it would be unfeasible to update a presenter video in less than an hour. It allows saving time and they have a very good collaborative workspace.
Handy tool to create video in minutes
What do you like best about the product?
Steps to create video is pretty much easy. Adding animations, transisitons can be added in a fraction of seconds. AI assistant is pretty much helpful. Also the FAQs is simply astounding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Animation & font options can be improved. Adding animationin a lenghty script is bit overwhmling as I have drag the animation icon to the necessary start point and while dragging, there are certain which is serving hindarance to my user experience.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Text to speech is what i was looking for and Synthesia very much did that with ease and I was able to create multiple videos at ease.

What do you like best about the product?
The templates provided are so easy to use and alter to deliver something with short deadlines that way excedes any expectatation. The access to high end stock footage without having to pay through the nose for licences is astounding.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unused minutes don't roll over - they're just lost - unless you;re lucky enough to be able to afford an Enterprise plan.

Creating bite size briefings that look and sound professional and not like PowerPoints with stock music backgrounds

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is a simple and articulate system to use for creating my training videos for my customers. It has an intuitive editing style that makes it easy and efficient to use. Synthesia's commen sense approach to system navigation allows me to make my complex and informative presentation in a few simple steps. Once published, its simple to direct my customers via the link and deliver my message. Thanks Synthesia!

I would like the ability to zoom in and out whilst editing a video

Consistency of voice talent allowing multiple users to create training material without losing voice continuity.
I just finished producing 10 Synthesia videos in less than 6 hours!!

I use their templates and then clone videos to produce new ones. That make me much more efficient, particuarly when the scene has complex fly-ins - which I use a lot.
What do you dislike about the product?
I am alway looking for improving in the avatars in how well they sync with the words, but Synthesia is improving all the time.

I am building a new LMS for Stony Hill Advisors. Have have already build dozens of videos to be used on the training platform for employees.
It was good, but the costs of creating your own avatar are very high.

A promotional video for the launch of a digital product
Amazing app, wish we had this years ago!
What do you like best about the product?
The app is very easy to use, we started working on videos within minutes. We're using this for internal training right now, which in the real world, video production like this would've taken days if not weeks and a lot of coordination. We'll be working on a lot more content for both internal use and potentially for outbound sales and content production. I had a question I couldn't find an answer to, and customer support was very fast and provided a great workaround solution.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like the avatars are about 90% life-like, not too far off from being able to tell they're AI, which I'm sure will improve in the near future. It would be ideal to have more control over the avatar's voice tonality, like adding enthusiasm at specific points in the script. I'd also like to be able to add a video thumbnails.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Human-like content production that would typically take days if not weeks to complete, as well as a lot more capital investment. This is saving a ton of time and money.
