Very cool tool!
What do you like best about the product?
I am really amazed by how quickly Synthesia works to get you the best results on one hand, and how there is almost no learning curve needed to get to know it. Kudos to Alex, their kind customer support associate, who did his best to assist me when deciding on the subscription.
What do you dislike about the product?
I feel like there must be more flexibility when it comes to specific cases, regarding pricing, support etc.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Quick video generation and educational content about AI.

What do you like best about the product?
Range and quality of characters/voices, support, speed of generation, easy to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
The pricing model limits total minutes, no easy way to extend. I would like to have the option to show the rear of an avatar, or even better, people die on to simulate interviews and conversations between two people.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Enabling us to use a wider and more diverse range of characters than budget/time would usually would allow.
Creation of corporate videos
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to pass it any script at all, and then to choose from a multitude of digital avatars to read that script will be a game changer for my firm and for me. The icing on the cake was being able to create a digital avatar of myself using my webcam to also choose from. I also like the ease with which the Studio enables rapid editing of the raw video with many out of the box features. The new expressive avatars are even better than the originals.
What do you dislike about the product?
My only gripe is not having access to voice cloning as part of the starter pack.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Being able to create video content for consumption internally within my firm by our employees as well as marketing collateral for prospective customers, with minutes rather than days.
The product is just what we needed to create the content in a quick but quality way.
What do you like best about the product?
I like the way it is intuitive and still has quality content from the avatars, languages and even the accents.
What do you dislike about the product?
At this time we are still exploring the product and have not found anything we dislike.

The problem of have training content for our particular audience at an affordable price.
Ai with sooo many usecases
What do you like best about the product?
I've been playing with Synthesia for months now and the features keep getting better. This technology has so many usecases.
What do you dislike about the product?
Pricing is expensive, especially if you need the Creator plan.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
The AI avatar feature is most useful, and will be more useful as the technology improves.

An Absolutely Excellent Tool for Creating Eye-Catching Content
What do you like best about the product?
I'm truly amazed at the quality of the avatars, and the accuracy of their speech, as well as the ability to add avatar gestures. As a novice content creator, the interface is extremely user friendly, especially with uploading media from external sources, and integrating powerpoint into a Synthesia project. Since I have been using Synthesia, I have enjoyed coming back to it nearly every day because it really makes the content creating process extremely easy to implement into various campaigns. I have tried quite a few other A.I tools, however, Synthesia is definitely my Go-To resource for all my future projects.
What do you dislike about the product?
There's really not much not to like about Synthesia. Whenever I've gotten stuck with a feature, their tech support has been prompt, knowledgeable, and very helpful.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I have been searching high and low for a tool that would help me with my sales business. Synthesia has allowed me to create excellent content with avatars that do all of the explaining that needs to be imparted to my potential customers.
Game Changer, Time Saver
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia saves me and my team so much time. I've already recommended it to friends at two other companies. Being able to draft a script, edit, add visuals, have an avatar read it, record, and export all from one program is amazing!
What do you dislike about the product?
Some of the avatars' mouth-to-speech matching still leaves something to be desired.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia eliminates silos. I no longer have to create a script in Word, visuals in Power Point, and then read and record the script multiple times myself.
Unbelievable experience
What do you like best about the product?
I can see improvements since 2 years, when I first subscribed to Synthesia. It was good 2 years ago, but the recent amazing achievements are just unbelievable. The expressive avatars, the app itself which is really intuitive and easy to use. Customer support is excellent and quick. It is very easy to create and download. I become more and more familiar and I realize that the app has been designed for users and they know our expectations.
What do you dislike about the product?
few things but maybe an esiest way to find musics and pictures with filters. But this is minor to me as we can make videos quickly. Maybe more templates would be a good thing. I don't think having so many avatars is a good thing, I hope they will concentrate on the current expressive ones.

Easy videos
What do you like best about the product?
The ease with which I can narrate a video with or without avatars. It's relatively easy to export and then integrate with other media. Plus, there's no real implementation - just log in and start.
What do you dislike about the product?
The diction for specific words is not as flexible as I'd like. I would also like more options for emphasis on specific words instead of having to switch voice/mood of the avatar.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Natural sounding speech and intonation in the latest avatars is a big improvement. It gives me many more (and better) options in my videos for multiple voices/faces/characters.
