What do you like best about the product?
The new Expressive Avatars are simply amazing and so is Synthesia's support.

I really cannot think of anything, sorry ...
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We do not need to hire any human on-screen talents anymore and this is definitely a substantial cost saving factor.

What do you like best about the product?
Easy to use system, great UX, includes the features I need and some features I want, and comes with an enterprise version that holds all on my wishlist at this time.
What do you dislike about the product?
Voice selection part of avatars is crutial and a little time consuming to find out, I ended with first voice I heard as the others sounded artificial.

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Guideline and support videos for our users just got a bit easier to do, and I can generate new videos anytime to fight off a support problem as soon as we are aware of it.
The most realistic digital avatar on the market
What do you like best about the product?
I liked how many avatars there are and how smooth the voice is, and the customer support really tries it all to help you in any way possible.
What do you dislike about the product?
I think the video editor could be improved and there is a little bit too compression sometimes on the stock videos.

It's smooth and it saves time if presenting with someone in an engaging way.

What do you like best about the product?
It is extremely to use, the ability to leverage AI to create the first draft using simple reference materials (e.g. website, document etc.) and most of the heavly lifting is done. All that is left is to fine tune the message and select the right AI Avatar and voice and it's done. And my clients can't tell that is done by software
What do you dislike about the product?
One of the challenges with the AI avatar, especially with the new emotive Avatars, is the facial expressions of the Avatar is sometimes surprising. We have seen the Avatar scowl or sometimes say specific phrases in wierd tones (like a question). Sadly, we don't know how it would look like until we generate video; and then it takes a few iterations. That said, it is still faster than traditional video
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Video content creation to market our workshops was way beyond our capabilities and budget for a company of our size and budget. We have deployed videos to help our potentially customers better understand what each of our workshops do in the hopes that they will sign up. If nothing else, it catches potential customers' attention and makes us standd out

The support i get. Video tutorials, live courses, and regular customer support.
What do you dislike about the product?
In German language sometimes words are mispronounced. Its not possible to tell the avatar "this is a german text - but this specific word is a english product name, so please pronounce this single word english".

It would save time if I could re-use diction for multiple occurences in a video. Currently, it is necessary to manually edit in each scene.

I use it as a volunteer for a charitable organization. I am donating my subscription and time to generate vieos to support onboarding of volunteers for the charitable organization.

What do you like best about the product?
The realism, achieved naturalness with the voices and expressions in the latest version. The ease of use, I didn't need any training the first time I used, and the options are crystal clear, and very intuitive. Really fast learning curve.

As an individual, I can not "buy" the upgrade including several languages' automatic translation...this is a corporative option, too expensive/ambitious for regular use in only one person.
I have problems getting an adequate invoice (with my work VAT info) to pay the annual fee. Last year I paid for it with my own money and I assume it will happen again. You say "You can fix an invoice when is done" but this time we still have time to do it properly

I also work in cooperation and helps me a lot to present tools & content...for instance in Amharic in Ethiopia. Or research in Japan in their own language...

The flexibility of the platform is amazing. If you take the time to tweak the phrases you can get quite a smooth delivery from the avatar.
However, adding in emotional movements, regardless of how minute, gives your presentation personality and a better connection with the audience.
