Amazing for our video creation
What do you like best about the product?
the fact we can keep editing our videos without reshoot them

nothing looks great so far. We just feel it great.

Easy of use, close to perfect text to speech, amazing avatar, which looks very much realistic

I whish in basic plan i would have choise for unlimited avatars with hand gestures. Timeline like in video editors, and probably ability to translate to multiple languages in basic plan...

Its the easiest solution to create corporate looking video presentation and tutorial

What do you like best about the product?
The new Text based expressions make the new avatas much more realistic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some avatas have a wide and a close up version which is very appraling from a video creation perspective. One avatar I like only has a close up. It would make more sense to have a wide shot and then zoom in for a close up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency of video. Eliminating the need for IRL video creation.
HUGE time saver for creating sales and training videos
What do you like best about the product?
Before Synthesia, creating a sales or training video was a major chore! It was common for it to take many hours just to produce a 5-minute video. Now I just write a script, let the Snythesia AI help with me rewording it, pick a template and avatar and the whole thing is done in minutes, not hours.
Also now with the new expressive avatars, it's hard to tell these are not live actors!

What do you dislike about the product?
I am a huge fan of Synthesia, but one thing I would like to see is more new expressive avatars and more voice choices for US English. I feel sure though that those will be coming soon since the expressive avatars were just released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest need was to replace manpower-intensive webinar-based training with online training modules presented through an LMS.
Great creation tool and world class customer service
What do you like best about the product?
The creation tool works really good - everything is smooth and there are hardly buffering times. You actually have a small Video-Production suite which can be somehow compared with canvas. This makes creation easy and you will have many out of the box options to create a nice looking video.
The AI charackters are with the best I have seen on the market. Obviously they are AI charackters but in a charming way.
It was realy easy to get started and learn the platform. Everything feels natural and the buttons are where youd expect them.
The Support is always there to help and answer product related, or error related questions. Ive had an error and the team worked super fast to solve this so I could have the video produced on time for the publishing time.

I think the resolution ist still mediocre with Full-HD. Nowadays many displays can and want to show more pixels - this could be another upselling feature ;)

We do not have actors or the budget to produce real onboarding videos - Synthesia makes here a great job improving our customers journey with new content.
Really good software and easy to use
What do you like best about the product?
It has allowed me to make a lot of videos that can later be used for other people to see. The cusotmer support has been great whenever I have requested help, and I have really enjoyed the ease of creating videos with many differetn avatar and voice options. It's very intuitive to use so it is easy to get used to it.
What do you dislike about the product?
I would have liked more minutes in the starter plan, because from starter to creator there is quite a big gap. So maybe an option in which you can add more minutes and pay the difference.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It makes it possible to create user friendly videos that are quick to make and dont require many resources and time. Instead of recording a presentaiton and a voiceover, and then editing them, I can just use Synthesia with a powerpoint presentation and some notes for the script. It speeds up the process so much and it dislpays it in a nice manner.

The software is intuiive and if you use it enough you can be very quick. The avatars are great but you need ti invest your time to findthe right one. You can choose differrent tones to suit the mood. Music backgrounds are great adn the free access to shtertosk is excellent, the templates are ver very good. Don tbe fooled in to thinkin the I does eveything for you, you still have loads if input. I love the poippte tool too, to exactly copy your company colour

Spellecheck when typing the script is not there, and more fonts needed.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I am writing a learning suite and this is pefect as it helps me cover all the learning styles, visual, reading and listening.
Training and content creation
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to continously review and make changes to our content when standards or sector practices are updates. It has also allowed us to create high quality technical training videos for our busniess with ease.
The customer support on the platform has been fantastic, very quick to respond and effective, which I appreciate.

What do you dislike about the product?
Prior to their latest V4 releases, some of the characters where robotic, and the English UK voice selection for males wasnt the greatest as the better avatar voices didnt fit the avatars face of appearence.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We operate in a technology based sector that is governed by a plethora of standards and regulations. The platform allows us to quickly create and release videos of key importance, but also allows us to wuickly edit and update when things advance or are revised.
Nice application and easy to use. Support AI is very helping as well as the actually support team.

Very helpful support and AI generated slides make the video process faster.

It is difficult to customize the AI voice when trying to have it sound like it is making a question.
