Amazing customer support
What do you like best about the product?
Amazing level of customer support, very useful AI platform for designing learning.
What do you dislike about the product?
Unable to do some things other platforms can.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
I had a problem with ghost voices, the guys in the support team Chris and Zack were amzing even helping on the weekend with very quick response times.
THE AI Studio for you
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia is brilliant. We have had such a great experience working with it. The avatars are brilliantly generated, with clear diction and articulation. We have also loved the fact that everything we would want to put into it has worked and we havent had to cut corners. Their customer service is fantastic, they have accomodated to our every need quickly and effectively.
What do you dislike about the product?
The only thig i can think of (and I'm sure things like this will come in time) is that the avatars dont have hand expressions. As mentioned I'm sure they will be able to do this in time but thats all I have wanted that hasnt been available yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It is solving the issue of having dull powerpoint presentations display our business. Using the Avatars has given a completely new look to us as a company and how we present, in what is a very dull insustry is not shown in a new light.
Great platform to create educational videos
What do you like best about the product?
The oplatform is user friendly.It offers quite some options to customise your content. It is ongoingly updating in terms of Avatars and how these look and speak so it can bring it more to the human feel.
What do you dislike about the product?
It's not disliking but would be much more helpful to have the following:
1. in thereoview mode to show teh avatar moving/ speaking etc as it does afte ryou generate dthe video
2. to have more options for shapes thatcan be inserted
3. to have the posibility not only to trim and split a video but also to combine more external videos and edit them on a certain scene

What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is a great tool especially having a wide variety of AI Avatars, and in multiple languages - this is a great plus because it can serve various purposes, and in different markets.
Incredible but not perfect
What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create quick simpel and real-enough videos is just incredible. The amount of avatars you can choose from is really nice too.
What do you dislike about the product?
In the Dutch language the voices don't sound too gret. It is also difficult to find a voice to match the person. One thing I would love to see is the ability to add movement as an animation. Just scale an image or move it from point a to point b within Synthesia would be amazing.

It saves time and money using Synthesia versus hiring the cameras and studio necessary to create engaging videos.
Game changer
What do you like best about the product?
I've dabbled in various avatar platforms before, finding some satisfaction. However, my journey with Synthesia has truly elevated my video creation skills. As an IT educator, its myriad features have become invaluable in my teaching endeavors. One standout feature is the ability to have multiple avatars speaking sequentially on the same page—an absolute game changer for me, especially during exams. And now, with avatars capable of expressions, it's simply phenomenal! These expressions inject an extra layer of lifelike charm, significantly enhancing student engagement. Synthesia is unmatched in the market!
What do you dislike about the product?
Nothing! I don't really have anything that I dislike about Synthesia simply because I don't have anything at this level to compare it too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Assisting me in connecting more deeply with my students, it unveils a mode of comprehension that defies explanation.
Amazing service support
What do you like best about the product?
The support serce is excellent fast and communicative.Zack was patient and very understanding and saw the completion of my request
What do you dislike about the product?
At the moment the rendering is excessivley long and must become a priority.Zack explained that it was due to exceptional levels of perticipation,which is understandable.

Synthesia is helping me creat quick and purposeful videos that explain better the sevice we give to our members in a better and more engaging way than we can ourselves.

the fact we can keep editing our videos without reshoot them

nothing looks great so far. We just feel it great.

Easy of use, close to perfect text to speech, amazing avatar, which looks very much realistic

I whish in basic plan i would have choise for unlimited avatars with hand gestures. Timeline like in video editors, and probably ability to translate to multiple languages in basic plan...

What do you like best about the product?
The new Text based expressions make the new avatas much more realistic.
What do you dislike about the product?
Some avatas have a wide and a close up version which is very appraling from a video creation perspective. One avatar I like only has a close up. It would make more sense to have a wide shot and then zoom in for a close up.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Consistency of video. Eliminating the need for IRL video creation.
HUGE time saver for creating sales and training videos
What do you like best about the product?
Before Synthesia, creating a sales or training video was a major chore! It was common for it to take many hours just to produce a 5-minute video. Now I just write a script, let the Snythesia AI help with me rewording it, pick a template and avatar and the whole thing is done in minutes, not hours.
Also now with the new expressive avatars, it's hard to tell these are not live actors!

What do you dislike about the product?
I am a huge fan of Synthesia, but one thing I would like to see is more new expressive avatars and more voice choices for US English. I feel sure though that those will be coming soon since the expressive avatars were just released.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
My biggest need was to replace manpower-intensive webinar-based training with online training modules presented through an LMS.
