Very impressive product with great API and helpful resources.
What do you like best about the product?
The custom variables you can create for use with the API. Its great to be able to use the API and send text/images to the Synthesia Studio so that it renders that data where you want.
What do you dislike about the product?
There was 1 annoying bug that I couldnt seem to find a solution for; wrapping text that is sent via the API. Long text seemed to run off the page.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It helps save time on presenting information about our products to potential clients.

I have been getting to know the tool for a very short time and I am fascinated by how easy it is to use.
What do you dislike about the product?
In general, the fact that there is no Spanish version of the platform makes it a bit difficult to understand. However, I really can't say what I don't like, because I don't know the tool well yet.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
So far, I think it solves everything I was looking for. I hope that by getting to know Synthesia better, I will find many more advantages.

What do you like best about the product?
Avatars, languages, personalization: everything is present.
But they have really put some extra "brain effort" in making an editor that is a "power point-grade" one. Simple, intuitive, with the right features available WHERE and WHEN you need them!

It's helping me creating engaging pull-karketing videos.

What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia's final products look very professional and bring a positive impression to our clients. We are about to move all our training sessions to digital and multi-language, so we are counting on Synthesia to grow and expand. Overall it is easy to use and understand.
What do you dislike about the product?
Initially, we did not like the revision system, but now I understand their times and plan accordingly. We also understand a product like Synthesia requires some moderation to be a clean space for us and others.

It solves the problem of creating a video in high quality. Good enough to market Training Programs for companies and individuals.

We can create innovative solutions in a short period of time and of great impact in the audience. We don't need to go to an agency for all videos that we require. We have a good stock of video and images to use in synthesia.

What do you like best about the product?
The application user interface is very intuitive and easy to use. it provides easy to use templates, avatars and selection of voices to create high quality presentations. I learnt the tool and created my first video in less than 2 hours. since then i have created few more tutorial videos and presentations for work.
The use of AI to generate avatars perfectly synched to the written script is amazing. the audience gets their mind blown everytime its shown to them. features like markers, pause and gestures allows me to properly direct the presentation and express the correct tone to use, even convey the message across better.

What do you dislike about the product?
There is one thing that could be improved is the ability to share and embed the videos in other presentations/sites. currently the sharing needs the user to be invited for access, a easy share link to anyone in the organization would be greatly helpful. to add the video to a site, currently the video needs to be downloaded. it can be changed by easy sharable link too.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia has made it much easier to create training and tutorial videos. it allows me to create a voice over for a screen capture from an application. which can be used for training users in the application. the presentation has features such as markers, pause and gestures for me to easily direct the voice over and avatar gestures at the correct timing and tone.

It would be created if two characters could have a conversation and they faced each other

I can produce videos quicker and with less expense

What do you like best about the product?
It runs like PowerPoint in its creation which is extremly helpful to me as a development officer. It is also really cost effective, as a recorded video on one topic would cost hours of development time and the filming/staffing costs, this means we can avoid that well.
What do you dislike about the product?
As it is AI, the voices are understandably slightly robotic. This means I can spot a synthesia video really easily now.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
As a training provider, we want to record trainers explanining content to make our eLearning more accessable and to a more modern standard. Synthesia allows us to do that quickly, and a lot cheaper than it would be. This also means we can create a lot more videos than we originally could, as the cost of synthesia greatly outweighs the cost of recording things ourselves. It has also meant that our eLearning can be more interactive, and we are using synthesia whenever we can.
Small nonprofit makes huge leaps with Synthesia
What do you like best about the product?
Synthesia allows our small staff to produce editable training videos that will save us time and resources.
What do you dislike about the product?
There are a few modifications to the platform I would like to see, like being able to know when a generated video has been edited, but I foresee Synthesia evolving.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
We no loonger have to shoot video and edit it.
Does almost everything I need, just missing two or three features.
What do you like best about the product?
The ease of adding a live character to a otherwise boring and less intuitive slideshow.

The fact that you cannot use a video to add the AI upon, you need to use a pptx format per exemple.

The cost for a custom made voice-over and different actors that would otherwise be needed for a video.
