My experience with Synthesia has been very good. It has been a real game changer.
What do you like best about the product?
I like several things about Synthesia: the AI video creation and AI assistance with scripts is excellent; I like the choice of aviators and voices; also the ability to incorporate PowerPoint presentations.
What do you dislike about the product?
It was a steep learning curve, maybe warn folks. :-) More English Canadian voices.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
This is a game changer in terms of creating content, this tool allows me to create new instructional video fast.
Worth the outlay for hard pressed innovators

It is really good as we can send information to many prospective funders in an easy and entertaining manner

Nothing really apart from length of time it takes to generate videos!

We used to spend many hours to create a one-minute video. This would take up most of our working day.

What do you like best about the product?
The ability to create professional videos out of mere text and ideas with just a few mouse clicks. Especially the AI integration allows me to create sophisticated and engaging Videos.
What do you dislike about the product?
There is practically nothing I dislike about the application. I'm amazed and shocked by what the tool brings in in terms of features and functionality.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
Synthesia is a valuable tool that minimizes repetitive meetings and tasks for me. It serves as my representative across multiple platforms, projecting a more professional image. With Synthesia, I can condense complex processes and procedures, significantly reducing the amount of effort I would otherwise need to invest.

Ease of use and how my audiences are fully engaged with the content. Also the customer support is excellent.

Needs more animation options and something similar to videobolt

What do you like best about the product?
We have a niche product line that requires some eduction for first time customers. We had looked at doing explainer videos with actors and with higher production video shoots, but its been out of budget. Within 48 hours of opening our account with Synthesia, we now have amazing explainer videos on all of our product pages. It didn't take very long to get used to the functionality and we found an avatar that was a good match for our brand. This is a game changer for us and we expect to see a lift in conversion. The cost cannot be beat.

Creating a high volume of explainer videos within budget. we had shelved this project prior to finding Synthesia.
User-friendly, simple but powerful
What do you like best about the product?
I like the versatility of the app and the ease of use. You can create and use highly professional videos very quickly. Process them again and again in minutes. The support ist great and all teh people are nice and helpful. I love the certificate and the academy from Synthesia. I use it almost daily and i have almost never any problems. We had an easy star because of the simplicity of intergrating the Programm
What do you dislike about the product?
in german, i have to spell out numbers in order to hear them in German. otherwise it would get an englisch accent even with the german voices. Also the german word "bei"
which sounds like the english word buy, is pronounced wrong in many voices and is hard to change even with the diction.

We are able to be faster and more efficent in our company because of the time we save with the onboarding videos, with brandvideos, we also do courses in our company. We save time and money, we are reaaly taking adavtage of the usecases it gives us

What do you like best about the product?
I love that you can edit a video wiht a couple of keystrokes. Whn you need to make a change to a training video its just too easy. No time in recording studios, just update the script and publish.
What do you dislike about the product?
I'd like some more Australian accents. It's tricky to find one that sounds perfectly realistic. its fine for training videos, but it could be improved for promotional videos.

It allows us to keep our training resources up to date without havig to hire talent or update voice tracks ourselves.
So Easy to Make Great Content
What do you like best about the product?
Its a very user friendly platform that has many nice features. They are all easy to use. They also provide a training system to teach you how to use it if it is not clear. It is intuitive though.
What do you dislike about the product?
One of my videos did not receive approval and I was niot sure why until I talked to them. There are a lot of rules regarding what they will let you make a video about that I was not aware of. Not a propblem though. Wew can easily make traning videos for most subjects.
What problems is the product solving and how is that benefiting you?
It gave us a solution for replace the basic videos we were previously making with imovie, which were not of the quality we need.
